"Don't waste your time. Not trust worthy "

On two occasions this company has cancelled my bookings. One occasion they had no driver and on the second occasion the driver fell ill. Both bookings were pre booked days in advance. It's absolutely ridiculous. You can't trust them.

Do not use this firm- I booked a car for the following morning. I rang early that morning to confirm and was told my booking was cancelled due to the car breaking down. I would have not known about this and been very stuck if I had not rang in to check

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Like many others had a terrible experience; shortly after receiving a text advising the driver was on the way I got a call saying it was cancelled “driver offline”. I kept my second booking (while arranging a back-up plan) to see what would happen, then took pity on them and cancelled by text, received no acknowledgment of my 2 text cancellation, got text saying driver on the way, and finally a call saying trip was cancelled.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

AVOID - DO NOT USE! If I could give zero stars I would. I pre-booked my car 3 days in advance and called the morning of the booking to confirm again. A few hours before the driver was meant to come, they called to cancel. WHAT IS THE POINT OF PRE-BOOKING if you're going to cancel at the last minute. I usually check trustpilot first but didn't on this occasion. The reviews speak for themselves. Terrible way to run a business.

I booked a regular pick up for my 92 year old mum to go to church every sunday. I agreed the price and time a week in advance and this morning Angel Cars rang her to say they had no drivers and cancelled.

How reliable is that ?

really really bad service. they accept a booking on the app and then cancel it much closer to the time you need it. then tell you that you should call instead of using the app.

"Avoid ! Canceled our Taxi to Heathrow Airport"

Angel Cars Canceled our Taxi to Heathrow Airport (T5) . They called and told us the Taxi is not possible. They called last minute (2 hours from the booking time). The booking was made 2 days in advance and the job was accepted. They don't have a complaints process either and the Manager is busy. Avoid. Last minute panic before going on holiday which no one needs.

"The WORST CAB company to use"

The WORST CAB company to use. I had recommended this company to all my family and friends. I had used this company more than 5 times a year. They have just cancelled the cab at the last moment. NEVER USE this company!

"It’s a bet"

I have used this service a couple of time but last time they called me at 11pm and cancelled a trip I had for the same nights in 5 hours! Imagine waking up and discovering I had a cancellation at 3.30am thank god I answered (only to have been told your taxy has been cancelled and been hanged up without even letting me reply!) very unprofessional. Fee good trips and cheaper but wouldn’t recommend them any more

Unfortunately despite the Angels Cars website offering student transfers and removals among their 'other services', they have said they can not take my student daughter from her halls of residence to her new house accommodation. It is an 8 minute drive. I was advised that they do not do removals, only cars to the airport.
I asked if they could not use one of the cars for her to bring her boxes but they said no. The boxes are mostly crisp boxes filled with her clothing, etc.. student things. No furniture..

If I could give zero stars if I could. Not very helpful at all.
