Used Angel Cars to and from Stansted Airport. On both occasions, the car arrived on time with excellent communication from the drivers and arrived there and back safely. Both drivers were polite and helpful.

I pre-booked a cab to collect me from the airport, received a text to say it was on its way but on arrival there was no taxi. Had to call to find out they weren't coming. Would not recommend.

Absolutely DISGUSTING service.
Left my family of 5 stranded at the airport at midnight (with 3 small children one being 2 years old) all because they messed up my booking and lied that the driver couldn’t fit us in a 7 seater with our cases. Bearing in mind we got a 7 seater to the airport from them and all was fine. Operated or (manager) as he calls himself is awful was arguing with me on the phone asking why I was angry?! Not only the fact you left us stranded outside and airport and tried to con more money out of me. I will be reporting this company to trading standards or wherever I can. DO NOT USE THEM THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Not worth a penny.
