"Do NOT use this company at any cost"
Do NOT use this company at any cost. They are unreliable and rude! Twice I have used the company (I should have learnt the first time). The first time of use there left us waiting at Gatwick for an hour with numerous excuses as to why the driver was late. The second time we booked our return taxi from Gatwick to Ealing (in plenty of time). Landed after a long flight, called to ask where our taxi was to be told “no drivers available” not even a sorry!
Never again!!! This “company” should not be operating. I wish I would have read everyone else’s reviews before using. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I have booked them couple of times because they were ok with the price. Theo took me last time to the airport fo 60£, same number of luggage’s and passengers. I have booked them again Monday on my return from Greece with same amount, 55£-60£, but then, when I was at the airport they called and told me that they want 85£, I said no and they cancelled my booking!
Horrible thing to do at 11pm right before my flight. So I had to book an Uber, it cost me 62£! 🥳
I would never use Angels Cars again!

"Will take your money and not show up"
I booked a car in advance to take my friends and myself home from London @10pm. The app requires you to pay the full amount when booking the journey.
@9pm i got a call to say that they didn't have anyone to pick me up and they were cancelling the trip. They also said that they would refund the money.
I booked an uber to get me home.
The money was only partially refunded and despite calling twice, emailing and being promised the return nothing has materialised.
I will never be using these guys again. Happy to take your money without providing the service.

"Late cancellation didn’t have time to arrange until landed "
Upon returning from the holiday at airport , I received an email stating that they were unable to arrange the driver, resulting in the cancellation of our booking. This left my family and me feeling helpless and disappointed with the poor service provided.

"Driver didnt show up and NO receipt - DO NOT USE Them "
I have booked a car and the driver didn't show up and when I called them the driver apologised and said he is stuck in traffic and will not get there for another 20/30 mins.being pregnant and tired I decided to get a taxi from the airport and not wait around after long flight ... they didn't provide me receipt for 3 of my previous journey , total of £150 despite me calling them number of times and they blocked my number and I cannot even speak to anyone

I used the service to come back from Heathrow on 28/5/ and paid in cash,no receipt been issued or emailed(needed urgently),called the office several times for the past 2 days!and still waiting...

"Airport transfer arrives 24 minutes late"
I booked a transfer to Stansted departing at 11.30am. Instead of arriving at the appointed time, he called to say he was still 9 minutes away.
At 11.40 i called the office and they said, don't worry, he's around the corner, no emergency Uber necessary. He eventually arrived at 11.54am. 24 minutes late. No apology.
He then took a route that took 10 minutes longer than the one Google Maps suggested. It was an incredibly stressful trip, and by the time I reached the boarding gates they were closed.

Called 15 minutes before arrival time to my major event at Mansion House to say the car is not going to be available aftercall. Totally undependable. Do not use to save £1.20 against the others.

DO NOT GET INTO A CAR WITH THEM! VERY DANGEROUS! I was about to call the police. Very aggressive and scary! Especially being a woman- do not risk it! They are cheap for a reason!

"Left me and 7 children stranded"
I booked a minivan at 08.30 to collect myself and 7 children (birthday party) from the Cinema in Kilburn to West Hampstead Thameslink Station at 22.45 in time for 22.57 train. I phoned again in the afternoon to confirm as I had not received any message about the minivan booking. I was advised that everything was booked and organised. A gentleman called me at 19.10 apologising that they had no drivers. I asked him how this could be possible, given that I had rung to confirm? He was apologetic but unwilling to make up for this situation. - this left me completely stranded with 7 children, at night. We ended up walking the whole was back, in the dark, as I couldn't get a vehicle big enough for all of us. We were home an hour late. VERY UNRELIABLE SERVICE.
