"Absolutely disgusting service..phoned…"
Absolutely disgusting service..phoned at 18.06,,was told 15 minutes..called back at 18.30,,was told another 15 to 20 minutes..asked if it was definite..was told yes..at 7pm after waiting in the cold for an hour with my shopping,, I called them back only to be told after waiting an hour that there were no cabs available now for over an hour..I gave them my number so they could have called and told me but instead decided it was better to leave the customer hanging..I’m seriously unhappy about this and shall be telling a lot of others to stay away from this company and I shall be putting up reviews for this company on as many sites for cabs as I can

"Do not use this company"
Do not use this company. I pre booked and paid for a taxi to take my elderly Mum to a cancer appointment and not only did they cancel at last minute have lied about receiving payment and even though I have proved they took the money from my bank I have had to report them to fraud dept and still awaiting for a refund. If you are disabled like me or need to get to a cancer treatment appointment do not trust this company as your cab wont arrive and they will try to steal your money/

"Awful service"
Awful service. Booked a car to take me, my husband and elderly, not very mobile mother to the Kew Christmas Lights on Christmas Eve. We booked days in advance to make sure we had transport as parking at Kew is very limited. The app notified us that the car was on its way, albeit ahead of time. Then it wasn't on its way. I called to find out what had happened to our car and was told it would he there at 4.35pm despite the fact that it was 4.50pm! Then a text message arrived to say that our car was delayed due to high demand. Why?? We booked it days in advance! The app notification then showed an eta of 5.30 which was too late. We needed to be at Kew at 5pm to guarantee admission. Absolute disgrace. We won't be using this company again.

"Very disappointed"
Very disappointed. My family recently visited me in the UK and I booked an angel car to take them to Gatwick airport. I booked the car for 54 pounds and the driver asked them for 65. I then received an invoice for 54 pounds. He lied to them because they were elderly and do not speak English fluently. The company has not sent me a refund. Worst cab company.

I book a taxi for a pick up from the airports hours in advance. When plane landed I get a call from Angels Cars what time do I need the taxi for. I booked the exact pick up time via app so that was a strange question. I gave them all the info again and I was told driver will call me. Driver called and said he will be there at 20:30 instead of 19:40 I booked and asked if I wait or he should cancel. No apology, nothing. I used Ángels Cars in the past and was very happy with them. The last couple of times drivers were rude and unprofessional so we didn’t use them for a while. I have them another shot today but never again. Complete shambles.

"1 hour late at 0030 hrs"
Because day in advance , collection at Gatwick at 0030 hours,
Called 9pm ( before flight ) to check and confirm all was ok ,
In the end on arrival was told taxi would be an hour late So 130am
Just took Uber which was actually cheaper. Won’t use them again

Going to Heathrow... booked in plenty of time... 90 mins before booking time they canceled. Wont be using them again

Spoke to the office this morning for a car to the airport & they said yes. Then put me through to the controller who was sooo rude to me!! It was a genuine query!! Customer service is disgusting, thought I'll try and support a small business considering Uber & Bolt are taking over but I would rather book an Uber or Bolt now!!!

I rate them 0 out of 10 ( angel cars) may be its a bit cheaper but u loose peace of mind and will end up with a lot of hassle
they are not honest at all a day before ariving I booked a 7 seaters cab to pick up us from the airport after we arrived to airport‘s car park at the beginning they send us a message saying that they r running late after that they called us saying that there is 2 hours delay
I understand this and i told the operator (zein) please do ur best i have a baby and and another 3 kids one of them have autism its difficult hire another 7 seaters car from airport
The line cut off he ignored me
I called him back then he said deferent story he start saying i cant garantee might take 3 hours i have no choice i agreed its fine we will wait then he said may be its not coming at all
Honestly we are struggling to find a car with 4 kids one of them 9 months and the other autistic boy that really the worst service i got ever from angel cars cancelled our booking without a notice after a long flight we started the journey a day before at 4 am and now struggling in the airport the kids are so tired i wish everyone look at this review before booking with such company
