"Useless Unreliable Company"

Useless Unreliable Company, do NOT use Booked a car for 5 people the day prior and a sedan arrived to take 4, a few minutes later a second car arrived which could seat 6 passengers. Needless to say the sedan driver was not happy but not our fault. I called as advised a half hour before the return journey was needed and was told 25 mins, after 25 mins called again and was told 5 mins to 25 mins as we were in a queue, called a third time to be told the same thing. Then realised they were punishing us for their inefficient original mistake. Hailed a black cab and paid 20p more. Ours was only a local journey but hate to think if it was an airport run. You have been warned.

Don't trust them if you need a reliable service. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. Completely let me down by calling 5 minutes before we were due to be picked up. No warning and no time to do anything about it except get a black cab.
Disgusting approach to customer service. Pre-booked cars, no show, called when due to say no cars and fobbed me off with an excuse I still don't believe, had no numbers for an alternative company. Just awful!

Completely agree with the previoud reviews. I have been using them happily for airport transfers for years HOWEVER they've just left me stuck at the airport at 1.30am after I had to call to see where my 1am cab was as no one bothered to tell me he had "broken down on his way". When I tried to get a discount from them, the man at the phone started talking rudely to me, when I asked him to listen to me he said he was going to cancel the car and hung up on me. Appalling service!! Never again!

I agree with previous poster. Has gone seriously downhill.
I have used Angel for several years for pickups to airport. If booked a few days ahead, they were always very reliable, arrived early. HOWEVER, the last two times they let me down badly and I had to drive to airport and park very expensively. The first time the driver was kind enough to call me in advance and saying he would be late, too late to meet the plane, but to day when I called 10 minutes before pick up they said that they still had not allocated a car to me. With the Monday morning traffic and weather, it would have been nearly impossible to make my plane in time. There must have been a change in management or over expansion, but definitely not to be used again.

All gone downhill I’m afraid. A longtime customer, always happy to recommend. But lately, punctuality apaling. Tried to speak with manager but passed from pillar to post. Awoke 2 days ago for 05:15 Airport Transfer to find booking had been cancelled at 03:30. That’s useful then. Do NOT be fooled by efficient looking App !!!

Liars. Give inaccurate times all the time and hung up on me after passing my call around all staff members! Last time I use them.
