Clear and easy instructions to do the test and it was a really nice follow-up to speak with the Supply Life team. They were able to answer my questions and gave easy to follow practical advice which is more likely to be carried through than overly ambitious targets. Improvements to my diet feel manageable and I am looking forward to trying out some of these recipes.

"Good follow-up call and explanation"

Will was great and explained things very clearly, addressing personal needs and questions, and he followed up with an email straight afterwards.
The only thing that stops this getting 5 stars, is that only 15 minutes is allocated for these calls and it definitely needs a bit longer. As a result it felt a bit rushed as we headed towards the 15 minute mark and Will needing to be on another call.

Took the test 3 weeks ago, confirmed I’m intolerant of many product I could never think about it.
Now I can explain the discomfort and the pain in my gut.
From last week I avoided all the red mark and try to stay away for the yellow mark too.
