"Inefficient Shipping. Still haven’t gotten my products."
As of now, I don’t really have anything to say of the products themselves, as I have not received them at all. It’s almost five days from the expected delivery date and it still hasn’t been delivered. FedEx is known to be highly inefficient, especially in rural areas. I ordered tofu, which I’m sure has gone bad by now after being in a box for over a week. If Yami wants to offer their products to rural areas, they should choose a delivery service that can efficiently get their products to those areas.
Edit : I got my products today, and I have raised the review as none of the products came damaged due to their good packing. I still think that they should offer more shipping options for rural areas - but I just give credit where credit is due!

"Asian food is my passion"
Asian food is my weakness. I can't eat food from other cuisines. I tried actually all of them. European, asian, mid-asian, russian, scandinavian and asian was the only one which brought my heart literally. I start eating exceptionally asian food and I have been doing it for more than ten years. This service is one of those which help me when I am lack of asian food in my organism. You know, my organism has already adapted to consuming asian food. I order here food all the time and I guess I'm a regular here. The food is delivered pretty fast and I have no doubts towards the quality of this food, it's on a high level.

"Order can’t arrived on the promising day, horrible customer service experience"
I was planning to buy from other vendor for the Valentine’s Day. However, other vendor didn’t offer the to be deliver on the 2/14 when order placed on 2/13. This is the first time I use this and it will be the last time. When placing the order, it says promised delivery time is 2/14. Therefore, I ordered drinks and chips to celebrate the Vday. However, I have waited at home AlL DAY LONG. Then called customer service at night to find out where is my order, they told me their driver didn’t pick up my order on that day! Lots the food on yamibuy is more expensive than other vendor. The only reason that make sense to order from them is because they promised to arrived in a shorter time. I told Customer service I won’t use it again, and then she offer me 200 points and told me it won’t expire?! So they try to use little points to compensate a leaving customer? I won’t use their service anymore why do I need those points for? Very bad experience and horrible customer service!!! And then they even told me they can canceled my order since it hasn’t ship yet! By saying that, they are trying to push away their customer without any compensation and they just ruined my Vday! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM to avoid any issue.

My $100 gift card expired 3 months (actually less than 3 months) after redemption. It didn't show me any warning about the expiration date when I redeemed it.
Also, under the Federal Credit Card Act of 2009 gift certificates and store gift cards can't expire for five years. However, issuers can still charge an "inactivity fee" if the card has not been used within twelve months. (15 U.S.C. § 1693l–1).
I contacted Customer Service via email but never received anything.

"Cancellation without any reasons"
They confirmed order on Wednesday then cancelled without providing any apologies and any reason for cancellation on Saturday.. Now I am doubting if this store is legit..

I have good experience so far (two orders) from them. Most of my orders are Asian snacks. The shipping was a day later than promised but not too bad.
