Hatten Karten für Liverpool und Manchester bestätigt bekommen und bezahlt. 1 Tag vor dem ersten Spiel erhielten wir ein Mail dass die Tickets nicht geliefert werden können. Geld bekamen wir von guarantee Tickets nicht zurück.
Wir konnten aber die Zahlung über VISA relativ einfach schnell und kostenlos rückabwickeln und erhielten den gesamten Betrag zurück !!!

Nutzt die Chance der Rückabwicklung bei Zahlung über Kreditkarte !!!!!

Habe im Oktober 2 Tickets für das Spiel vom 7. Mai FC Barcelona-Villareal bestellt. Die Bestätigung habe ich erhalten und auch meine Kreditkarte wurde belastet.
Am 10. April 2017 habe ich folgendes E-Mail erhalten:

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the order you have requested.
Therefore, your order number 22624 has been canceled. Our team will process a refund to your account.
Please disregard all previous emails you have received from us.

Alle unsere E-Mails Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet.
Das Geld wurde auch nicht zurückerstattet.

"Scary experience because expensive but great game, great service"

I wanted to buy tickets for the Champions League first qualifying round for my boyfriend's birthday on the 15th of February (Bayern - Arsenal). The only possible option was to buy a ticket on websites that were reselling tickets. I researched a lot and, although Guarantee Tickets was 20-30€ more expensive than its concurrent, I chose them because of their "good" ratings here (before... The service seems to have changed these last 2 months). The other ones had very poor ratings and awful stories.

We were very scared that something would go wrong until the day before the game as it was lots of money (400€). However, everything went according to what they had told us and they even sent us an online ticket because we weren't in the town the night before. It was very convenient.

Moreover, I got in contact with their customer service many times just to double and triple check things and they were very professional and fast to answer.

Great experience with Guarantee Tickets, great seat with an awesome view on the field and great game!

DO NOT.!!!! Purchase any tickets here this is a scam page paid 569 euro for Real Madrid vs Sevilla 2 months prior to the game they said I would receive an email with my ticket confirmation number or I would receive them at the hotel where I'm staying I took a 13 hour flight to Madrid and received no tickets or email and the number they provide is not a valid number and they do not reply with any emails

Habe Beginn dieses Jahres Tickets für das Fussballspiel Arsenal-Everton in London gekauft und mit meiner Kreditkarte bezahlt.
Überall nur positive Bewertungen gelesen.
Am 10.04 bekam ich dieses Mail:

Bis heute habe ich mein Geld noch nicht erhalten, meine Mails werden nicht beantwortet und die Telefonnummer ist ungültig.

Betrug! Wir haben 2 Tickets gekauft, bezahlt (Real/ Atletico) 640 Euro! 5 Tage vor dem Spiel teilte man uns mit, dass wir die Tickets nicht bekommen können und das Geld rückerstattet werden würde. Bisher, 6 Wochen danach haben wir noch nichts bekommen. Auf Mails antwortet niemand, Telefonnummern nicht mehr gültig.

I bought 2 tickets for the clasico April 23, and paid with my credit card
Two weeks before the game I was informed that Guarantee tickets cancelled my order. They promise that a refund will be made to my credit card. It is a month since that letter and no refund has been made to my card.
