"Just stay away"

Just stay away. The entire business model is a bait and switch scam.
1. Because noone walks through your home, the sales agents rely on some software that is allegedly super reliable. It's not even close! We gave them a thorough inventory, and our agents claimed that our amount was in the mid 2000 cu ft. When the truck driver showed up, he claimed it was over 4300 and wanted $10,000 more than our original estimate. It ended up being somewhere in between, and we did have to use additional transportation of our own. The movers were only able to fit about half the boxes, none of our appliances, and none of our outdoor furniture or garage. They also left behind two large items of furniture. All of this was listed on our inventory in the estimate, yet none of it fit in the alleged space.
2. I was initially hesitant to sign up, but the sales rep boss called and offered significant discounts to encourage us to sign on. I was still concerned about space and even sent pics of our garage, etc. They assured us that it was all properly calculated, so we paid the deposit.
3. Three days before, the QA guys called, increased our estimate by 400 cu ft and increased the cost by $4,000 by double counting items of furniture (that we had since broken down and boxed). I was in a rush to go to my daughter's farewell party and told him I didn't want to pay that much, and he said I didn't have to use it all, so I just paid the additional deposit and figured it would go towards the original balance.
4. That evening, I sent an email documenting that conversation and reiterating in writing that I could not afford to exceed the initial budget and still intended to move using the original quote.
5. The day of the move came, and Western Van Lines showed up (read their reviews if you want to see the alleged "quality" moving companies these guys broker to). The driver refused to honor the first estimate, USA moving solutions refused to honor the original estimate, and both parties claimed that they would keep our 5k deposit and drive away and do nothing if we didn't pony up the remaining money.
6. Western Van Lines also tried to charge us over $1,000 in incidentals on the day due to allegedly "bulky items" (of which there is no objective criteria to define) and $75 for every 7 stairs they had to climb. The only thing we had been warned about prior to the move was one $75 stair charge for a full staircase, which we agreed to (not the $225 they tried to charge).

There was a lot more that went into this, including dozens of phone calls and poor customer service, etc, but I can tolerate that. What I hated was being lied to and scammed with a bait and switch after we repeatedly explained that our budget was limited. Please save yourself the trouble and just find a different company with a bit more integrity.

"Scam/ fraud / unreliable / unprofessional"

Scam/ fraud , most unreliable And unprofessional are the best words to describe USA moving solutions which is a broker company by the way. I called around and read reviews to find a company to move my goods from Maryland to California . I came along USA moving solutions and spoke with the biggest sale / liar representative named Christopher. I am very familiar how these brokerage moving companies work and once again fell for their lies and tricks. I spoke to Christopher who is a senior sales rep on mid July . At that time I asked him a very important question / such as do you have a truck that will be able to deliver my goods by the first week of august? He then called dispatch and called me back assuring and guaranteeing that they have a truck which is leaving Maryland by the end of July And will arrive in california and deliver my goods by the end of first week of august. My goods have been picked up on July 24 And to this date I have no information about when my goods will be delivered . In addition I have been calling and sending emails to USA moving solutions to inquire about the delivery date and have been given the run around via telephone and email by some rep named Lisa O who pretended to be the manager when I asked for a supervisor. The first email received from her stated that the carrier has 21 days from my first available date which was July 26 then she said that now the carrier has 30 days. She is also very unprofessional , doesn’t follow
Through and is very rude . This company is a scam company , very unreliable I wish I would’ve never signed up with them- they lie , mislead , scam people and take advantage of people who are in need. Moving across the state is a very stressful event- these scammers do nothing but adding pain to your moving experience. At this point because I see how they handle things I do not trust that my items will be ever delivered and not broken . If you want your items to arrive on time , not broken, and you want good customer service and piece of mind while dealing with professional people do yourself a favor and hire pods or another trustworthy company. USA moving solutions is a scam.

"BEWARE!"

BEWARE!
TL;DR:
They raised our quote by 50% a couple days before the move, booked us movers who had 1-star on Yelp and were not accredited, the movers never showed up, called us, or returned any of our calls, and USA Moving Solutions refused to give us our deposit back.

Please look USA Moving Solutions up on the Better Business Bureau. They are not accredited and have an "F" rating. It has become abundantly clear that their 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp are fake.

Before the Move
We booked our move with USA Moving Solutions about 24 days before our move. They quoted us at 429 ft³, and $2,861, and we accepted. Three days before our scheduled move, we got a call from USA MS because they wanted to go over our inventory again. We had added a couple of items and removed a couple, but no large furniture or appliances had been added. I was told that the estimate needed to be updated from 429 ft³ to 613 ft³ (a 43% increase), and the price went from $2,861 to $4,380 (a 53% increase). I was told they needed $600 to reserve that extra space on the truck, but thankfully I stood my ground and refused. The deposit is non-refundable, so they give you a competitive price to get your money, and then ask for more shortly before the move. This forces you to choose between forfeiting your deposit, paying a much higher price than you agreed to, or not having space for all of your belongings.

The Move
Our two-day moving window was July 30th and July 31st. We hadn't heard anything from the movers on the 30th, so I started doing some research. USA Moving Solutions didn't give us the mover's information until July 29. I was told that all of their movers were accredited, but this was a lie. The moving company had 1-star on Yelp. When booking with USA Moving Solutions, they refused to price-match estimates from 1-star companies, because they said they "were not reputable companies." I was fine with that, but then was very frustrated that they booked movers for us who, by their standards, were not a reputable company.

Now, on the 31st, we were waiting all day for the movers to come. The movers never reached out to us in any way, and we tried calling them over 20 times, but their voice-mail box was not setup. USA Moving Solutions also never contacted us, but we had to call them multiple times to figure out when the movers would arrive. They had also not heard from the movers (4:30pm on the 31st), but told us that as long as the movers arrive by midnight then they would have honored the contract. Since we needed to be out, we called up some friends, and were able to get our belongings into storage that night, because the movers never arrived.

The next morning, USA Moving Solutions reached out to ask how the move went. We told them that the movers never showed up, and that we wanted the deposit back since we received no service. They told us the 2-day pickup window is just an estimate, and movers could arrive anytime after that estimate, so if we wanted to cancel it would be considered a late cancelation. They also told us the movers had a flat tire, and that's why they didn't make it. A few minutes later, I got a call from the movers. The movers told me they had filled up their truck the day before, so they couldn't fit our belongings.

After refusing to give our money back, we disputed the transaction on the grounds that we never received a service. We got all of our money back. Don't be threatened or scared when they try to point our the terms of the contract. Just because they put it in a contract, does not mean it is legally binding. This is a cold.group of people, and they do not deserve to make a living in this disgusting way.

"Nightmare Move with USA Moving Solutions…"

We hired USA moving Solutions because of their rating on Verified Movers and the promise that they had a network of trusted contractors who they work with around the US for moves. However, their subcontractors, Your Way Movers, were not knowledgeable or professional movers. As a result this was a nightmare move.

We had contracted with USA Moving Solutions for “Platinum Service” packing and delivery. However, the subcontractors (Your Way Movers) were not ready to provide full packing of our goods and arrived with U-Haul and Home Depot boxes and very limited packing supplies and blankets. We had to help them pack our goods and they used the extra boxes and quality packing tape we had purchased for ourselves.
They also did not provide any flooring or wall protection. As a result, the flooring and carpet were tracked and we had numerous holes in our walls, chipped paint and scuffed walls and corners.
On the delivery end at our newly constructed home, the issues were similar. However, in addition they could not fit our refrigerator freezer through the doors without removing the refrigerator doors. They refused to remove the doors and refused to get a third-party to assist them. So they put it in the garage and informed us that they had delivered the refrigerator and we would be responsible for getting it inside the house.
USA Moving Solutions raised the price by $5,000 during the final inventory of our goods, four days before our scheduled move, because their estimated cubic feet increased. However, we did not add any significant items. After our goods were loaded, Your Way Movers raised the price by another $5,000, or they would not deliver our goods. This increase was due to the fact that they calculated full capacity of their moving trucks, despite the fact the trucks were not fully loaded.
In addition, the movers did not tag and label the items they moved and did not provide us with a bill of lading.
I have relocated eight times in my career and USA Moving Solutions and their subcontractor, Your Way Movers, are by far the worst movers we could have ever imagined.

"Worst experience ever"

Those positive feedbacks you see, I have hard time to believe they are real.
If you want to have the worst experience, go with them.
I got charged double at the end, got into all scams you can possibly think while dealing with this process and got a lot of my things broken when they got to my new place. They do not move your things. They hire someone else and that is it. You are paying for them (for what?) for finding another bad company to make your move and they do trick you into thinking they will take care of your move and things properly. Had moved 4 times before this one and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. Run away from them.

"If you are looking for the worst move…"

If you are looking for the worst moving experience then you can hire this company. They will quote you super cheap, than two days before double the cost; Then take your money, hire 3rd party movers who will then ask for more money and say that USA moving solutions doesn’t know how to properly gage how much space it takes to move someone and they aren’t prepared for the request. They won’t arrive when promised and if and when you call them they don’t help or assist they just avoid you. Provided zero follow up during or after any part of the move just to see how it went or if anything was needed. They just want to collect and run, this company will bait and switch you at every corner. It would have been cheaper for me to throw everything in the trash and buy new at my new home. I still had to rent a uhaul and find other moving solutions because they don’t know how to help plan a move. If one good thing comes out of my situation is that you do not use them to move and save yourself the stress and heart break that will come from using this company.

"WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER"

I was just contacted minutes before the truck was supposed to be here and told that I will not be moved today. I am very very upset and disappointed in USA Moving Solutions. Lisa, the dispatch manager was the one who called to inform me. She was very rude, impolite and not empathetic to the situation at all. When I asked if she could give me her managers information she said that she answers to the silent owners who don't take customer phone calls and that there was no one over her that I could speak to. This is very unprofessional and not like the service you promised me I would receive. After hysterically crying she was able to magically find another company that can pick me up tomorrow, but this is at the expense of the hotels I booked along my drive and at the expense of additional fees I will face because I cannot vacate my apartment tonight. I need to know who I can reach out to in order to escalate this. This is completely unacceptable

"Stear Clear"

If you value your belongings, don't select this moving company. Out of the handful of items we had Apex move, many are damaged beyond repair including a bunk bed, an antique Ethan Allen headboard, and a dresser. Sadly, these items are now fated for the dump, and we must spend thousands of dollars to replace them.

Additionally, unbeknownst to us, our items were unloaded from the truck and stored at a warehouse for an extended period of time. At the warehouse, the office manager decided not to load our media stand onto the truck due to a lack of space. The media center was included in our contract, but he took it upon himself to omit it from the delivery. As a result, we are now out another $600.

The extent of the damage, combined with the carelessness of the company's management, has totaled well over $3000 in replacement costs for commensurate quality furniture.

We sent a message to the office manager to document the damage and received the following response: "[explicative] off." Needless to say, we were stunned by his lack of professionalism.

To make matters worse, the estimated delivery date was June 21st. Our items didn't arrive until July 3rd. They failed to provide us with updates for more than two weeks, which severely hindered our ability to plan our 2,000-mile trip back to our primary residence. We needed to book a flight that cost us another $550.

At the signing of our contract, we were promised a full-service experience. When our delivery finally arrived, our driver was alone. He diligently attempted to move our belongings independently, but they were too bulky and heavy to be managed. This resulted in my husband having to lend a helping hand, which is not what we signed up for. If we had wanted to move our belongings, we would have rented our own truck.

Do yourself a favor and learn from our mistakes. Rent a Uhaul and move your belongings yourself. Not only will you save on the cost of the move, but you can ensure that your possessions arrive intact. If this isn't an option, hire a more reputable, costly provider like Allied to guarantee timely, customer-centric service.

"Ryan on April 25"

Ryan on April 25, 2022 gave me a reasonable moving quote from Jacksonville, FL to Illinois. All advanced payment made and confirmed with a moving date of May 11, 2022. On, May 6, 2022 Nick called to increase the amount to another $437.25 stating he didn't want me to pay more on the day of moving that could increase thousands of dollars more. He used scared unprofessional tactics that lead me to believe I should pay so to not pay thousands of dollars more once the movers arrived. Everything would have been fine if Nick hadn't called to bully me with an increase. Finally, only one man came to unload my property up to Illinois, had more than 10 boxes (marked fragile) bashed in, all my garment boxes flipped upside down and sideways in his truck, and three rubbermaid containters broken. I usually promote good and excellent reviews; but, after pondering the experience I had with USA Moving Solutions I can not. Ryan is the only nice thing to say about USA Moving Solutions.

"Shady business practices"

It doesn’t matter how accurate your inventory is, they will find a way to charge you more than the initial estimate.
