"Do not trust this company!!!"

Worst experience ever. Still waiting on belongings. They will promise you everything until they get your deposit. Then they will not answer the phone calls and don’t call you back or be able to provide you with any info. And when you do get ahold of a person they’ll call you back Monday. Heard it the last 3 weeks. 1 week move is now on the 3rd week with nothing. Living in a nightmare thank you USA moving solutions!!!!

"Above and beyond what I expected."

The last time I used a moving company it did not go well at all. So, when this company called me to give me a quote I was very leery and, to be honest, I didn't believe anything they told me. But, the representative I spoke to actually helped me to research all of the other companies that gave me a quote and showed me all the different websites with reviews on them which gave me a clear view of exactly what to look for in a company. Every other company I talked to, I found had several bad reviews online showing that the customers ended up paying more, stuff was broken, or missing, or they actually had held their belongings hostage demanding more money before delivery. I was shocked that these companies could get away with that.
When dealing with this company they actually went through the entire contract with me and showed me everything. Some of the other companies were priced lower, but had all kinds of bad reviews. So, I chose to use USA Moving Solutions. (You get what you pay for). The cost was a little higher than others but, in the end, everything worked out perfect. All my mom's antiques were specially packed. None of the glass cabinets were broke like the last time I used a mover, her really nice jewelry box was exactly how we had it. Some of our boxes weren't packed tight and needed to be taped up better and they didn't charge me extra like the last company we used. I had a few extra items than what was on the inventory list and the movers didn't give me a hard time about it. I was very impressed to say the least.
Another thing I'd like to point out was from the very first day we spoke to them, and after booking, everytime I called they picked up everytime.( I was nervous because of my last experience). They called me a few days before they showed up confirming everything, and worked with my schedule for the delivery time. They also called me the day of delivery to verify that everything went smoothly. This company is the real deal! If you want a good mover that actually cares about you and your stuff, I highly recommend them.

"Deceptive and Dishonest"

We were promised a pick up this am on 5/30/2022, after already having a mover no show. We were called and told the day of our move that no one would be able to come until midnight or tomorrow. My uncle just died and I have a signed date for a move out inspection for 5/31/2022 at 10 am and no one showed up. I contacted them several times, and told them if they could not get someone here during our window to cancel we would find someone else. They took our money and no one showed up and did not care. Samuel G was the worst customer service represenative I have ever experienced in life. He really should be fired. He did not care that we would not get the service we were told. We we asked for a full refund since services were not rendered they said they would only give 10%. Ill be calling the DOT and the FTC tomorrow.

Please note the companies response is untrue. I called multiple times and emailed. I talk to Sam in the afternoon and he said they would not be there until midnight or next day not the afternoon, I do have a quite a few people that heard this conversation as Sam was on speaker. I also followed with Chris G after the conversation and he said the move could not be serviced and 11 carriers were reached out to and no one was available due to the holiday. I waited until 9pm at night in hopes someone would show up and messaged them that No one did. Please issue a full refund as services were not rendered.

"Never hire this company"

I hired them to move our belonging and was told that the 1st month of storage would be free and if we needed to store our belongings, and after 1st month the fee would be $200.00 now I am getting a call that the bill is $490.00. 1st they changed our rate that was given to us when picking up our furniture. Now this? I will never refer this company to anyone.

"Giving a one star is too much"

Giving a one star is too much. Our move was a disaster. Took over a month to go from Arizona to Massachusetts. Boxes marked FRAGILE totally damaged. A chair and table broken, expensive art pieces destroyed, glass broken, a $600.00 Calvin Klein plate broken other items broken. Received a box of items not belonging to us. Missing a dyson vacuum, a Miele vacuum wand, a Kuerig coffee maker and who knows what else.
Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience.

They can make all kinds of excuses but I know what they put me through and this truly is a legitable review.

"If you like being treated badly and wish half your stuff could be broken, this is the broker for you!!!!"

Not only was the experience an absolute nightmare. About 50% of my items were delivered damaged. We were missing boxes and were delivered some other people's boxes.
The company removes bad reviews by claiming the reviewers accidently reviewed the wrong company. Nope, it's you.
Reading all these reviewed where they steal your deposit and they change the price ( we had no change in the amount of items or cubic feet) after your items have already been loaded. They basically hold your items hostage.
Reading the responses to the complaints listed here just proves that this company refuses to acknowledge how poor their service is. It's much easier to blame the customer for having a bad experience, isn't it?
I hope they get their butts sued off.

"JUST. STAY. AWAY."

Update: all of the five star reviews are of actual movers. Read them - they are 5-star reviewing an actual move. USA MS is not a mover. The 5 star reviews are all fake. All of the complaints are about a broker. USA MS is a broker. The 1-star reviews are all real. One Fake Review is by Justin Spillis, sales manager for a related moving company in Daytona. D’oh! We’ve been duped!

Nicole Zucarini and her review is 100% correct. Their reply is total BS, as would be anticipated from a scam company that merely fronts for trucking companies so bad that no one would ever hire them (the CS rep (recorded call) for USA moving solutions actually told me that - “if people used review to hire these carriers no one would ever hire them, that’s why we act as a broker”).

Nonsense broker company, sets you up with the worst carriers. They just jacked up my 87 year old in-laws, delivering over 2 weeks late after ignoring them, and delivering their goods in tatters. Unfortunately this happened after I had already booked my move with these moving brokers. Less than one week before the move, they still will not give me a date, and still cannot provide carrier information so I can insure my move. When I call or email, literally no one care, and they keep telling me they only have to give me the information I request within 24-48 hours prior to actual move. So…on a cross country move, with all of my belongings, where I have to leave here on a particular date, they say they “only have to tell me 24 hours before actual move.” Also, they will not give a final price until 24 hours before the move, at which point they apparently tell you that you have to pay more than the initial estimate (because they artificially deflated it). Insanity.

I canceled my move when they still didn’t give me the required info, and I had only 6 days to my move. Then I get a call from a rude “manager” who just talked over me, and told me they are keeping my $3100 deposit. I say that is unacceptable, but as with everyone I have dealt with with this company, he gives zero you know whats.

HERE IS SOME FIVE STAR ADVICE FOR ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: JUST. STAY. AWAY.

Literally anybody is better than this company. I am filing attorney general complaints against them in AZ, FL, and NY. All of the others I have read on here and elsewhere that have experienced a USA Moving Solutions nightmare should do the same.

P.S. I received several emails from them offering a portion (between 10-30%) of the $3100 as a refund, but I would have to sign the most onerous release and non disparagement agreement I have ever seen. This tells me that this is their business - screwing people over and then silencing them. Their lawyers help inflate their ratings by making sure the people who get scammed are quieted.

PSS their reply is predictably false. My “pick up date” was *either* May 22 or MAY 23. I just wanted to set for the 23rd (because I have a 7 day drive set for that day) but they refused. Still had no QC call, no final amount owed, still up in the air. The carrier they assigned was uninsurable due to its terrible reputation, and that same carrier just ripped off my in laws (APX trucking, go look at their reviews). It was 5-6 days before my not finalized pick up date, and I emailed a rep asking the name of the carrier so I could insure. Reply stated they did not assign a carrier yet. Their rep did tell me their carriers all have terrible reviews.

Then when I followed up on Monday I got a rep just stating “we don’t have to tell you until 24-48 hours before the move.”

And offering me $900 back on a $3100 deposit, where your company did literally nothing (other than treat me and my move like garbage), is in no way a “generous refund,” especially when it comes with the requirement that I sign the most onerous, legalese-filled release I have ever seen.

Their responses keep getting more brutal. “No tit for tat. We are not in the business of making our customers look bad,” but also “ MOST OF THE THING SAID ARE FALSE.” Hilarious. Everything I have posted here is accurate and true. Requesting a scheduled date for pickup is not asking for a guarantee. Imagine booking your plane ticket and being told, “you have a 24-48 window for actually flying, and we don’t tell you your exact flight time until the day before, because you know, stuff happens. Also, we won’t tell you the actual price of your ticket until you are ready to board.” This is a joke.

USA moving Business Model:
Step 1: Savvy salesperson underestimates the cost and gives you great price.
Step 2: client signs contract that is non-refundable unless canceled within 72 hours:
Step 3: Do not provide final shipping date or price until it is too late to cancel and too late to book a replacement mover.
Step 4: silence any unhappy customers with ridiculous non-disparagement settlement agreement.
Step 5: keep the $$$-no work
