"SCAM COMPANY!!"

SCAM COMPANY!!! Beware!! This company lures you in with a low price, smooth talking salesman who knows the business, a legitimate appearing front. However, this company is a scam. Their goal is to get you to sign a contract and place a down payment so that they can “hire moving space on other trucks” then send a final contract basically forcing you to either pay the increase in security deposit or they won’t move forward. I received a phone call after I placed my name in a website to obtain multiple quotes at one time for comparison. There is a contract where they require a down payment deposit before you can move. I gave them a deposit of $1300. There is a seven day cancellation policy in which you will not get your deposit back if you cancel seven days before your move. I called them multiple times to get verification of when someone was going to give an estimate for my new box amount. I finally received a phone call four days before my move. They re-calculated the move estimate which was twice as much, 3300 to over $6500. I started to ask why it cost so much! They stated that they simply placed it in some department of transportation software that automatically calculated the cost of space. They continued to give me the runaround. I said I wanted to cancel I don’t trust you. They kept reminding me that there was a legal binding contract stating that they would not give the money back under any circumstances. I found that strange and started to research. I noticed that other customers went through the same issues with this company. Their goal is to swindle money from you by looking like a legitimate moving company. I could not believe such a huge price increase when no one even came over or offered video conferencing to count the boxes and look at things themselves. I also told them that I wanted to go with my original pricing and I would downscale my move. I didn’t hear anything that night but the next morning multiple phone calls came in stating that they wanted to get ready for the move. I said that I wanted to cancel and did not trust them based on what I had heard. Other customers stated that they never received furniture or their belongings as of yet. All I can say is that the five star rating that you see online is false. This company is a scam and I reported them to the authorities. The goal of usamovingsolutions.com is to lure you in, hike up your prices basically forcing you to pay more or lose your prior security deposit. And then the final outcome has been mixed people either say they had a great experience which I highly doubt or, the customers state that their furniture never arrives and it is a horribly unprofessional crew. Buyer beware!

If I could give this business 0 stars I absolutely would. I am still convinced that this business is a total scam and that all of these 5 star reviews are fake, I mean seriously, have you ever heard of a real company that only has 5 star reviews and nothing else? Me either, but we were in a pinch so I decided to believe the hype and give them a try, a decision that I totally regret. We were promised this amazing, professional experience, last minute and all and when I thought it sounded too good to be true, I was right.
What we actually got was 2 random men with a Penske truck and no credentials (you can make up whatever fake name and reviews you want for these guys after the fact but since they showed me ZERO credentials when they were here it doesn't matter), who told us that our item list was grossly underestimated (and this happens often apparently) even though everything in our house was on the list, and that they didn't have the space nor the manpower for our move. They further stated that they would have to hire dayworkers on Craigslist to move only half of our items and they really didn't want to do that. They pulled up Penske truck rental on my phone and said that we should just do it ourselves and they left. Crazy because they had our item list in hand so how was anything such a surprise to them?
I tried to call this USA Moving solutions multiple times to help us while they were there but nobody answered until after they left. The mover guys "claimed that they were calling as well" but of course nobody answered until they were long gone and we were standing in our driveway with all of our stuff, scrambling to get a Penske last minute on Easter.
Now this company is telling me that they won't refund my 1000 deposit because they did their job and I refused service and refused to pay extra for extra space on the truck. What extra space? They didn't have it, the truck was full! I would have happily paid extra for more space even though it was YOUR trusted salesman who underestimated my spacial needs. I don't know what program you use to plug in lists and come out with cubic feet but perhaps it needs updating, either way I would've paid the extra still. But your guy said he needed more than 2 people, didn't have enough room, had to go on Craigslist and hire a transient person to come help him with half of my move and that overall it was unreasonable for them and they just wanted to go because none of it made sense to them, and they left. So how is this a refusal of service on my part? I'm seriously confused.
You did NOT follow through on your contract. You didn't send me a professional mover with enough manpower and space for my items, you underestimated my items cubic footage, you didn't provide me with assistance while the movers where there, and you left me flat in the street with my items (that I had moved myself in order to help them out) to hire a Penske with an injured husband and 2 little kids, making my entire experience a nightmare. Then you want to take my money, what a joke!
Absolutely horrible service, your reps continue to twist my words around and say that they offered to move half of my items and that's good enough to earn 1000 of my money, when I'm clearly telling them that the guy pulled up Penske truck rentals, offered me his discount on a truck and left.
Don't use this company! They are a scam!
Thankfully my entire building watched this all happen and they felt so bad for us that they all gathered together and moved us in the Penske that your moving company gave us the information and the discount for. 🤦‍♀️ Overall a terrible experience that I wish on no one.

Had to get pick up scheduled in less than a week. I was really afraid that my price was gonna be outta budget but they worked with me to get it taken care of. The move went great! Couple of hiccups, but it’s not a perfect world. Would totally recommend and use again!
