First, I have had deposited a lot lately just to play and hoping to win. I never clicked their bonus option so I won't have to wager percentage before withdraing money if I wanted to. I won several times in a live casino at Spin-a-win. I placed bets and clicked autobet (as the game presenters always advise) to save me time and played yesterday and the day before, the whole day almost, and then they just cut my connection and suspended my account and I couldn't play to any of their games.
I tried contacting customer service chat firat, then there came Isabella the cust rep. She took my username, email and date of birth, but then no reply right after.
I called their support service team just now and the guy there always says bad connection and couldn't assist me.

I think it is unfair just doing this so to me, without even any notice or explaination to why they did it to me.

**UPDATE. It has now been a month and I have still not heard a single thing. Have heard no reply since sending my documents off.**
I have used this site for a while, I enjoyed the games and didn't really win until recently. I won and withdrew £4300, I had an email the next day confirming my withdrawal and then nothing! 5 days later they asked for ID and bank statements for verification, I sent these off and heard nothing so two days later i emailed to check they had received my documents and that everything was ok, still no reply. Another 3 days go by so I email them again to ask why I haven't had any correspondence and if there was a complaints department. Still no reply! Happy to take your money but completely vanish when you want to withdraw! Don't even deserve one star!
