I have 2 pending withdrawals. I’ve chosen to self exclude my account, and it’s been 3 days now and my 2 pending withdrawals has still not been payed out to me where my other withdrawals has been processed within 1 day. I can’t log in because I’ve self excluded myself. I’ve tried calling their number, but no answer due to COVID, and have sent 6 emails with no response from them. This is absolutely shocking service from them. Why should it be such a struggle to get your withdrawals processed?

I have been playing using the username blackace55 since the summer of 2020 on and off. For some stupid reason I always go back and lose. I deposit $50 and run it up to around $200 and then go back and blow it all. My fault no doubt. Well a couple of weeks ago I deposited $50 again and ran it up to $120. I figured for once I will withdraw the money to see if it is easy enough. I had already had my id verified so it shouldn't take long. On On the 19th I put in my request to have funds into bank account. On the 23rd I received my one and only email that funds have been processed. Well the funds are still not in my bank on March 3rd. I sent 3 emails but no response. I tried chat a few times but never had anyone come on until yesterday AM. They told me they did their part therefore nothing can be done. My bank tells me the funds are not there or being held for any reason. I tried to log on this AM to talk to chat again but no I get a message that they cannot log me in and I must email them to unlock my account. It's not a lot of money I realize but due to Covid I have been laid off 4 times due to lockdowns. My guess is this company isn't even a legit one. I tired the OLG game site and got verified and paid in 2 days last week. Please folks I hope someone reads this before going on this site. I should have done that first. It is so hard to win any money at online Blackjack compared to casinos.I am actually a pretty solid player and when I lose on this site it's many times when I double down and get a 19 or 20 on a 5 or 6 and the dealer pulls off a miracle 21. They emailed me and told me they paid me Feb 23rd and it takes 5-7 business days to hit my bank. Checked yesterday and my bank told me there is nothing pending. They asked for a bank statement which i provided. Nothing more I can do now. The positive reviews have never tried to withdraw. Obviously they do not allow you to withdraw. I can't believe I picked a fake casino. Looks so real and feels real but you can't withdraw. Originally sent in my request Feb 19th. It's March 9th now and no response back after first email.
Just spent another 35 minutes on chat and same old questions. Send a screenshot of the error, etc. I will officially give up now as they will now email me after reading this review and pretend to help. When I reply they will never reply back.Error is "Invalid Payment Option".

Took over £100 on 19/02/21 with no issues. Then when I got up to £200 in my account and withdrew they decided to ask for photos of my bank card (front and back). A photo of my passport and a utility bill, I am still awaiting payment. If verification is so important then why is it not done before they take a payment off me? Looking at the reviews I’ll get the same robotic reply as all the others (1 of the 3 that have been sent anyway). DO NOT UAE THIS COMPANY. It’s not 5 days later and I have started receiving no response and have no winnings. Great!!

Once i got intouch they spoke to me and we're satisfied that im in control and got my accout back in action
I never felt angry with them as the lady i spoke to was good

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my withdrawal now and I am still no closer nor do i have a reason as to why I do not have my money.
