They do not have the option of avoiding the "cancel withdraw" (I think this should be mandatory for all casino sites).

Terrible site, they are very willing to take funds from your account but are unwilling to pay out on winnings without producing numerous types of documentation, for what reason does this site require a copy of a bill for a utility or a copy of you bank statement, this has no relevance to a proof of address as this can be found on your driving licence that you also have to provide as well as your bank card. This reeks of fraud.
I have winnings that they are not willing to pay out on until I can provide all this information.
I am a member on numerous online gaming sites and have never had to provide this amount of information.
Terrible site, terrible customer satisfaction.
Do not use this site, there are better gaming sites out there that do not mess you around as much as this one.

The people working at Mansion, will put their best faces on no matter the circumstance. They look after their staff and they will make sure you are reminded to take time off the platform to take a break, as they have many regulations in place, to make sure you don't lose too much time or get drawn in too deep. But they will not use cheap distraction tactics and exhausted staff members, like Virgin Games ( shame Richard sold it - the gameSYS endeavour could do with bit of learning curve from Mansion, and it seems they did, read below for the update ) Virgin Games have some of the most pure hard working staff members, now 2021 treat them better they used to, all dealers here at Mansion in contrast seem to just be on the vibe, perhaps as its a bigger platform.. I thought I could recommend this one over the other one, but comparing the two now after a long break, i can say that they both use similar live game delivery model, however the experience on site is not alike at all. .... This is the platform where dealers try their best to sympathise with you. Both of these Casino's are stationed in Latvia.... Yes UK gambling commission is regulating your Online provider, however they do not personally visit or regulate Latvian Casino ON Live game houses. .... Their customer service is a total joke. Very impolite customer service representatives - especially Victor Z. Easy to deposit but impossible to withdraw your money back. If this won’t be sorted soon I’m considering to report them to the gambling commission.
