Possibly the worst casino ever. I have been blocked on all gambling sites by the gambling commission which they claim to use but i was still able to join there site as there systems are either faulty or non exsistant. Due to this i lost £800 which i shouldn't have been able to do if there site had picked up on my details and that im banned from gambling online. When i complained i got the usual poor answers.

I used these guy for the first time and they were really heading for a 1 star review!!!! But that changed. I won around 3k and did a withdrawal few days later it never arrived usually it’s next day with most. I rang them they said that I need to send in 3 docs for proof which they never informed me about! However I sent them in yesterday and was paid out today. I read a number of reviews and did get very paranoid that I wouldn’t be getting paid and it was a scam but I can confirm it is genuine and everything was fine reading previous reviews made me paranoid! There security on the phone is very poor I didn’t even speak properly and they let me pass security. Main thing I got paid and the site was great no issues would I use them again maybe not because if I won big I would be worried I may not get paid maybe that’s out of paranoia of them being based in gibraltor where there are no rules. But yeah end of the day I was paid today so it was fine

Keep away from this site....quick enough to take your money when you deposit (no verifying account then ) soon as you want to withdrawal...boom need documentation and old Debit cards that you deposited on!!!! Suddenly live chat not working so send any queries via email not gonna lie got a reply within a couple of hours for my query about withdrawal documents but come to asking any questions that they can’t answer (or don’t like) surprise surprise heard nothing now and that was 12 hours ago!! Once my withdrawal has gone through (if it does) I will be closing this account...anyone who says it’s a good online casino is clearly getting paid or has been lucky enough to win a massive amount on this site...my withdrawal is only 190 not as if I hit the jackpot and need to prove who I am!! Verification should be a requirement when registering before you can Make a deposit!!!!

4 days later still no withdrawl they are now asking for proof of a debit card that was lost months ago....won’t release funds until I prove it was mine...asking for bank statements with card number on...please avoid this site at all cost
