Slow withdrawal times. With other companies I can withdraw and it be in my account the very same day. With Mansion it’s been 3 days and it’s still processing. Not even been sent to the bank yet for that to take a further 3 days. Withdrawal policy says 3-5 days for large amounts. They don’t specify what a large amount is. I’m sure my withdrawal of £130 isn’t a large amount to them in the slightest. Verification checks are complete before they decide to reply and mention checks and withdrawal policy. Just no need for it to take this long 😳
