I've played enough casinos and after a few weeks with these I'm done. The dealer on the not live blackjack is laughable. Never turning over a ten and having 16 or even 17. Every single hand is 20 or BJ
you get beat on virtually every game regardless of what you are holding. I must have played hundreds of hands and won virtually nothing

When I went onto live chat the guy seemed genuinely surprised I wanted to close my account as they were such a great company he said and said don't rush your decision can't we talk it when I told him to close my account obviously told not to let people close without trying to persuade them to keep betting

I played blackjack and every hand the dealer sat there with 20 or if I had 20 the dealer would beat me by hitting on a card and get 21. When I hit on 15 I'd always bust yet the dealer would get a 5 or 6 every hand when had 15

300 million different possible hands on their RNG they claim. I guess just coincidence dealer always gets 6 on 15 every hand. Every time I doubled down on 11 I would get an ace or 2. That random as well?
I'd seen enough and quit. Playtech just fleecing you

Then when i lost double that suspended account even though was more then happy with my game play obviously would have prefered not to lose large amount but for someone like me thats the nature of the game.

Absolute crooks. When ringing with a complaint you can get no further that customer support. When you ask to speak with a manager they are always unavailable. When you email customer support, receive a automated email, with no answers to your questions. The damage and upset they cause is horrendous. Do they care no. Even with facts presented to them via Gambling Commission and Trading Standards they still fob you off! Stay away from these crooks! Hopefully they will be shut down soon!

Just like everyone else on here it seems I stupidly p played blackjack. I have been gambling for 15 years and have never seen cards like it on the playtech blackjack. I have no idea how they can get away with this. It's tantamount to stealing.

Even when you get a bonus the rollover restrictions are so harsh you have no chance of completing them
