Last straw was when I was playing blackjack.. Few of the hands
Got 20 dealer 21
DD on 10 got 20 dealer hit to 21 from a 5
Got 19 dealer had blackjack
DD on 10 got 19 dealer hit to 20 from a 6

I had seen enough on their "premium" blackjack and shut my account asap. They tried to keep me with a €20 bet that had stupid rollover of having to bet it through €4000!. I told them I had no interest in ever using their rancid organisation ever again

They don't deserve any stars or any customers. Stay away from them no matter what flannel they give about random generator and zero tolerance. Just a terrible company    If you value your money then stay away. Yes the staff are friendly but that's only because they're taking your money

Played playtech blackjack. Dealer had a 10 showing every hand and 99% had 20. The times he didn't got either blackjack or hit on 14/15/16 and got 21

They got in touch and offered me a free bet with a 40 times rollover. But with the game I play it is actually a 200 times rollover. Needless to say I told them where to stick it. 200x you're having a laugh. The way they are set up you can't do x5 rollover

I know they are a casino and not in the habit of giving it away but the hands I've gotten are ridiculous.  At least other casinos give you a sniff

I played playtech non live because when I tried to play live it was really slow and the players couldn't even understand basic strategy and kept hitting when they should have stood and vice versa
So went on premium blackjack and I've seen nothing like it. Dealer hitting on 15 and 16 and getting 15 when I'm on 20.  I got dealt blackjack twice only for dealer to show face cards both times and also have blackjack.. This wasn't a few times but all the time I was getting beat from impossible positions

And we're meant to believe its 99,5% payout.

I notice they are regulated in Gibraltar Commission and I've reported them. They need investigating. I've played enough blackjack to know this isn't right.. Account is now closed
