"Worst bank ever"

Worst bank ever! Does not respond, when you email them, they tell you to call, when you call they tell you to email. I had a guy reading my messages and not responding. Save yourself the trouble. Your money Is not protected!

My Friends Experience:
$1200 Stimulus placed on 30 day hold!!
MY Experience:
Broken Application algorithm changed my address within the last 30 days and was denied even though I can open a Varo or n26 account without issues. Even got a secured credit card to verify wouldn't trust this app.

"Poor Customer Service. No Transparency. Held money hostage."

Do not bother. At the least, they have poor customer service with little to no transparency in their decision making process. At the most, they seem a little scammy to me by the looks of their website. They locked me out of the app without an email and held my money hostage for weeks. Avoid at all cost. I'll just stick with CashApp.

I can verify all of my troubles with screenshots and records.

Oxygen bank is the worst bank in the world there communication system is outdated. If you want to talk to a live person good luck with that the odds are a million to 1 you get ahold of someone. They are not releasing an authorization hold even though walmart said they tried to contact them several times to release and every time they rejected the release? How does that work. Walmart is telling them release this persons money and my bank says no? Worst bank ever im not even sure if they have real people working there cant reach them by phone.

"A sad excuse for a bank"

Terrible company. We had 2 holds from 2 different hotels and we had told them that the hotels had let them go, we even gave them the transaction number. They told us that in order to let go of the processing charge, they would have to talk to the merchant themselves AND they wouldn’t be willing to call them theirselves. So I had to do a three-way phone call with the hotels. They not only wanted the transaction number, but they also wanted the merchant ID which is totally abnormal and not professional at all. I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops. The hotels were even getting pissed at oxygen and demanding the funds get released!

It has now been 30 days and they are supposed to automatically release the funds, I’ve been on the phone with them for 45 minutes and they’re still giving me a hard time over it! They're still asking me for “documentation” (which I already gave them).

I also filled a dispute with them and spent over an hour on the phone with them dealing with it and THEY NEVER EVEN FULLY FILED IT!!! This company is a joke. They have like 4 people working in the customer service department. I’ve called them so many times that I know the names of all the customer service agents and their supervisor.

If I hadn’t had to wait so long to get my own money back, I would have closed my account long ago.
