"Gratiae Compassion and Ethics"
Gratiae states on its website accommodating refunds for items bought at a kiosk. We have a family member with a diagnosed bipolar disorder and manic episodes who bought over $11K during one such episode. We tried to return the items the very next day, the Kiosk is not willing to work with us. So we reached out to Gratiae Customer Service, and they are also not being helpful. This is a young married couple who cannot afford to be 11K in overdraft. Compassion and understanding would go a long way to showcase this companies ethics and values.

It’s a very good product but it’s so over priced in the shopping Center I paid £120 for the mask gel and moisturising cream!! That’s insane when online it’s around £23 pound for on product I would recommend to avoid it all cost when buying at the shopping Center

I started having bad opinion on package delivery, as I ordered product on April 4th and did not received anything on April 21st. I sent email to customer service, but their reply finished as junk email, so never noticed they tried to contact me. Stephanie from customer support called me on 23th and told me package was lost at postal office. They just send another package by Fedex with a tracking number. Thanks to Stephanie from customer service :)

"Packaging is Terrible"
The packaging on every product I have seen is terrible. The inserts when existing come broken, seals leak and many times arrive open. Terrible quality control, products are filled to obvious different levels especially the liquid products.
