Excellent service. Great communications prior to delivery. Rearranged delivery to a suitable day with no fuss. Phoned 20 minutes prior to delivery to check I was home. Pleasant, professional and courteous driver. A very efficient process from start to finish.

The delivery was fine and the chap was helpful, but I was concerned when I realised that a company literally called '2 man delivery' sent one man with two boxes, one of which was 39kg when I believe manual handling regulations say a maximum of 25kg.

Sadly the delivery was just that! Probably my fault but they didn’t unpack and left everything to a 90 yr old man!
I should have paid for installation but wasn’t offered this at check out or when I rang to arrange remove old base. Also not offered at check out.
