Really great, family-owned company. Received an item that was an obvious return of some sort- missing parts and didn't work. Contacted customer support and they shipped out a replacement the next day.

Anyone can provide adequate customer service, but it's when you have a problem that a company will show you whether they really care or not. BBQ.ing is a great company! Plus, they also have many Napoleon accessories and parts that you can't get in the US. Shipping costs a bit more, but it's fast and efficient. They've earned a customer for life.
