"the company have been really helpful…"
the company have been really helpful and communication is really easy- they always answer the phone and call back when they say they will. I bought using cycle2work scheme, so it wasn't straightforward, but hey are really knowledgeable. The bike is amazing -proper quality workmanship, great information, easy to understand the manual, and I feel like I can pick up the phone and ask anything if I need to

"The best electric bikes"
I used to sell Volt bikes when I had my shop. The company were wonderful to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were the only electric bikes we would sell as they were so reliable and the backup service was excellent. Having recently retired I found I needed an electric bike so naturally I went for a Volt. The Infinity in particular. I was not disappointed, it’s a superb bike and still the same great build quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

"Replacement battery"
I bought a replacement battery for an old bike. They give a £75 discount if your old battery is over 4 years old. Initially they lost my order but after that the staff were very efficient

The company is great to deal with too.
Highly recommended

"Superb"
We purchase the Kensington and pulse bikes, had the opportunity to test ride them and the added bonus of very helpful and experienced staff at volt and also mycycle in Southport. The bikes are superb and just what we need

"My Volt Bike: It's a Dream Machine."
After a lot of research I decided to give the Volt Bikes a test ride. The price point appealed to me as did their workshop location, they also participate in the ride to work bike scheme my employer has.
I found the experience of the test ride really enjoyable. The bike has gears which I can actively control. Other ebikes I’ve tried, the gears change automatically which I’ve found a bit frustrating. I also really like that I can choose which power setting to put it on. So when the roads are clear I have it in Normal which gives me a good amount of boost. Or cycling through a busy area I put it in Low. It’s also good that the bike can be serviced at either Volt’s workshop or a local bike store if I choose. The team at the Volt workshop in London Bridge were really helpful and contactable. They respond to emails and phone calls quickly.
I paid extra for the GPS tracker which I find really reassuring especially when I lock it up for work. I can see exactly where it is and that an alarm will sound if someone tries to move it.
It’s made my commute to work really enjoyable. My partner is also likely to get one so I’m pleased we get the referral code on purchasing from Volt.

"Couldn't recommend it MORE!"
For me, a lot of research and thought goes into making investment purchases like this one. After a lot of deliberation on different ebikes, I decided to go and test a Volt Kensington. (Shoutout here to Doctor Wheelgood, a really excellent bike shop with incredibly knowledgeable and lovely staff!)
I needed an electric bike to take some pressure off my knees when I'm cycling, especially as I now have a little one in tow in a Burley trailer! I previously had a Pashley Princess and I wanted to have as similar a riding experience to that as possible, but one that went a little easier on me (if you have rheumatoid arthritis in your knees, this could be a game-changer for you too!)
My Volt bike has made such a difference to my day-to-day, and stopped my arthritis from flaring up.
The quality of the bike is fantastic. I love that it's British-made. I love the consideration of every element of the design. It doesn't really look like an electric bike - it looks like a classic. It's a beautiful piece of design! The gear system is super easy and intuitive to use (switching from a simple 3-gear sturmey archer system I was concerned it would feel complicated alongside using the motor - I needn't have worried!)
The walk-assist feature is also super useful, again especially with the baby bike trailer in tow! If you need to walk the bike up a hill, a curb or even if you have come to a stop while riding the bike and need a little boost to get started again, you can use it.
The battery is easy to remove and charge.
I also love all the security features included as standard, like the inbuilt Abus lock and the key fob to use the bike. This gives me peace of mind when I'm locking it up on a bike rack.
The seat is very comfortable, the upright riding position is so relaxed and easy, and in general it's just a fantastic bike.
The only thing I'd recommend changing is switching to a louder bike bell as the small one that comes with the bike (I've found) doesn't really get heard by other cycle path users. This is very minor and easy to switch out.
So overall I couldn't recommend this bike more. If you're deliberating which e-bike to go for, I'd say this is the one! :)
Thank you Volt !

"Easy website delivery very…"
Easy website delivery very professional. We live very remotely and happy with bike and service and very good products.
Recommend to ride the bike before buying.
I was convinced, as I have always cycled that I did not need to, but for some reason my heal sometimes touches the bike stand. I slightly have to adjust my one foot. The bike is a lot heavier than a normal bike so although I feel electrically supported it is taken a little time to adjust. I live in a hilly windy area and the bike holds it's ground. It is different, feels still like a good work out and I am happy to cycle again. Thank you.

"Loving my Pulse LS"
Loving it! My Pulse LS has rendered my alarm clock obsolete - I'm naturally waking up early just to go for a spin around town while the streets are quiet.
I'm seeing details in my locality that you just don't see when driving.
Camel Trail Cycle Hire were helpful, friendly and interested in how I wanted to use my bike when I collected it.
