I have been using the Google custom search tool for a lot of time but I found out that almost all the results were ads. The tool seems a bit abandoned by the way.

Then I found Site Search 360. After a week of trying things, I decided to subscribe and install their search control everywhere on my site.

Not only it is convenient and handy for my visitors and customers but it also provides valuable information about what people are actually looking for.

Knowing what people are looking for allows me to write the right stuff and leverage my support.

I have a very old website and have used various iterations of Google Search since it was first made available for free. Early on, it was both a good internal search engine and a good source of income. However, over the last few years, the income has vaporized and the site search function (now called Google Custom Search) is pretty much useless, as ads and links to other websites dominate the results... my own site links don't even appear till the second page making it nonproductive.

I discovered Site Search 360 after doing a comprehensive search for alternatives to Google's site search. Most are quite expensive, but I think Site Search 360 is very reasonably priced. Once configured, it works seamlessly, and even their lowest priced plan is very user friendly. I could not recommend it more highly for anyone with a website that can't afford Google Custom search but has a site large enough that it can benefit from this great internal search engine.

We are very happy with the Site Search 360 performance, flexibility and capabilities. The set-up was quite simple, it has very intuitive dashboards and useful reports plus their support is amazing!

I have been looking for a while for a searching software solution for my unusual Wordpress multisite environment (more than 15 e-commerce stores that need to be connected). When I came across SS360 I was very glad to see all the functionalities they offer.

For a person with limited technical knowledge their sitesearch is easy to implement and then fine tune to your own requirements.

Overall I am very pleased with the product and the great customer service that I get with the implementation of SS360.

By great customer service I mean wonderful help even if you didn't subscribed yet for one of their plans. It is rare to find a company who are so willing to help in this way.

Beside the great product this is one of the reasons I took a subscription. You definitely get the feeling that they are always there for you if there is any problem with your custom setup configuration.

Site Search 360 has been greatly helpful and with such great customer support by Abbie. She has been quickly responsive and did everything to explain and educate on the questions I have.

Excellent and Accurate custom search engine and WordPress plugin. I have worked with them for a year or so, always delivered excellent search results and customer support.

I will continue to use them on client sites who value internal search and the benefits it brings.
