"Exceptional Customer Service Great Product."

As someone who was using google custom search on my website, I found myself looking around for a solution to replace when Google discontinued what had been an excellent service. After a great deal of research I settled on Site Search 360. I was motivated by three factors. Firstly, the cost, their solution is the one that is most in line with the price of Google's custom search. This was important to me because my site is a resource site so I had to keep the cost to a minimum. Secondly, the attractiveness of their offering, which I think aesthetically is much nicer than many of the competitors. Finally, was the ease of integration and, most important, the ease of use for my site users. Site Search 360 scored on both points. Their support, even on the free version, was second to none, they were there to help at 9pm on a Friday night and responded to my emails immediately for the best part of an hour. I have now upgraded to the paid version and am extremely pleased with the results and with the reporting insights that I get from my dashboard. A great product and a genuinely customer focused company. Highly recommended. One last point, which was of concern to me. I was worried that adding this would result in my website load time slowing down. However, having carefully monitored it as I added 360 to my website (doing a before and after test on several pages) I was impressed to see that their search box actually led to quite a decrease in load time on the Pingdom speed test, so my website actually loaded faster!

I'm not a web designer, so I needed a little help getting started. But they made the process really easy. I immediately realized what a fantastic feature it is. I love that I can see exactly what people are searching for! That in itself is worth it. The search feature has doubled my page views, which resulted in tripling my earnings on the site!
