Easy to install and very powerful system to replace the default WordPress search. After trying several website search solutions, this is the best.

For starters, foreign readers can now get search results for PDF files, in their own language, and that's something we never had before. SiteSearch360 support is awesome. "Excellent Search Engine With Easy Implementation and Great Dashboard Tools"

This search tool is easy to implement, looks great, and has excellent support. I had tried several search tools, some installed locally and some external, and ran into roadblocks with every one of them that prevented implementation. I had a few questions on this product before starting, and they were answered promptly, allowing me to get this working within 30 minutes. The customizability of the look and feel and search details and filters is very good.

I give 4 stars instead of five because there were some problems in the beginning with the searches but I must say I am very much impressed with the service. Every issue that came up was resolved either immediately or within a few days even some features that are not standard were build in. Everything works without problems now.

Very good product - I would recommend it for website owners looking for professional on-site search functionality. It's pretty easy to get running if you are reasonably tech-literate (html, css, a little js knowledge). Best of all though is the truly excellent support. I have called on them 3 or 4 times over the last few months and they have always solved the issue quickly and thoroughly.

Amazing support and help with our setup, they did most of the work for us. They did testing, setup categories, and custom designed the look and feel of our search to fit our site for free. We are now a loyal customer and their search has really helped us out with giving us better results and more options than we ever thought we could get at the $194 USD per month price range. Most other 3rd party search providers want $300 upwards per month.
We would be lost without SiteSearch360 and what it has done for our business has just be outstanding. Thank you SS360!
