"Field_Edge Scams All Users"

Field_Edge Scams All Users! We have calls to submit and process, but Field Edge is not letting us do anything, at all. They will not even return any phone call. All of our service is done thanks to these scammers! May God so strongly discipline these forgers!

"No Longer Worth the Money"

We have been using FieldEdge for about two years now. There have always been technical issues, but in the last year the issues are becoming more and more of a problem, both in the office and on the techs mobile devices. Customer service is also bad, and every time we contact them with a problem we are made to feel like it is user error, not a software problem. We are now in the process of moving over to another company and we have been told that we are stuck in our "Agreement" because we were not aware that there is an automatic "Agreement" renewal every year. I could go on, but long story short, they take your money, but it is difficult to get customer or technical support for the product!

*The GPS on tables fails to work 80% of the time regardless of what carrier we are on.
*Their promise to "Port" your existing phone numbers for free ad provide free marketing analysis is FALSE- as they take your marketing numbers from you and you can't get them back.
*The drag-and-drop dispatch board is not easy.
The ability to utilize your forms/proposals isn't something they could accomplish for us.
They billed us for 7 months for services we never had- refunds are hard to accomplish.
Their Docusing charges you for every signature line and we have 8 signature lines per proposal- not Free as represented.
Their "Training-Support" is not good.

"We have been using Fieldedge since 2017…"

We have been using Fieldedge since 2017 and have always been happy with it until now. Guess they have gotten so big that they forgot about customer service. Can't get anyone to talk to - have to do everything through chat (and you have to leave a message) or email. Very frustrating. Yes they make alot of useless changes and ignore the changes that would benefit everyone. Guess they have a big company with lots of users that get the first pick of what needs improvement. They used to have a blog that you could submit ideas.

"This is the worst software ever made"

This is the worst software ever made. They are constantly changing the things that did work and make sense and making it more convoluted and difficult. While the changes that should be implemented are completely ignored, and for there support, you have a better chance of riding a unicorn to have dinner with Merlin, Trump, and Elon Musk than you do of getting any where and that's assuming they answer the phone.

"Highly recommend FieldEdge for service companies"

We are a family owned plumbing company and we have been utilizing FieldEdge for over a year now. Dispatching and mobile applications are easy and effective. Payment processing and call monitoring integration are extremly useful. The FE support team has been wonderful in helping us get the most use out of FE for our specific needs. Tech support is very responsive and knowledgable. We would highly recommend FieldEdge.

Always quick to respond to our requests and concerns in a personable and supportive manner. It is always a pleasure talking with him.
It has been a learning curve with a few potholes in the FieldEdge road for us, Thomas and the team have been along for the ride the entire time!
