I am very happy with the quality of their cabinets. Customer service is excellent and easily accessible via phone and email. They are prompt in their reply and sorting out your issues. I will definitely purchase from them again.

I have placed an order with, and received my order from, Flat Pack Kitchens and whilst overall performance, service levels and quality of product are acceptable for product at this price point, there have been issues, the most notable of which is displaying items on their website which are apparently not available from the supplier.

I order two glazed wall units only to be told they weren't available. I replaced these with standard wall unit carcasses and will source doors elsewhere. This will increase the budget by around 15-20%, which has really annoyed me.

If these units are unavailable, why then are these items still shown as being available on the company's website? Taking money from people for items you can't provide isn't acceptable, notwithstanding the fact that people can't plan or design properly from your listings if not all the products shown are available.

I would urge anyone looking to buy from Flat Pack Kitchens to check beforehand that all the units they plan to order are available. They will take your money despite the products not being available, so forewarned is forearmed.

"Easy to get a kitchen - fast"

Easy to use website, found what I needed and easy to build an order. Prices a little high for self assembly but ok. Quality is not the best, but the final assembly is still very acceptable for the price (recommend glue and a decent square or measure diagonals). Good instructions. The door hinges are particularly nice to work with. The best bit is that it was delivered exactly as stated, in four days. I would prefer fully recyclable packaging i.e. no polystyrene but I'm being picky now.

Asked to add to my order but said delivery ready to go. This is with over 10 days before delivery. Both deliverys came in same day at the same time. I had to pay for two deliveries

Easy to use and comprehensive web site. Large range of sizes. Excellent and helpful service particularly resolving problems caused by careless delivery handling. Staff keep their promises. Thoroughly recommend.
