We are very happy with the quality of the food and usually the recipes are quite simple to follow. I do think they always take much longer than 30 mins. Ususlly 45 -60. And I would like the service to include a reminder on the day you are dropping off to put out any bags you have. I often forget and wind up with storing too many bags at once.

The food choices have always been good. I do not like the zero waste packing and try to avoid it. It takes up too much room in the fridge. I feed only myself and often get more than two meals out of one order.

You MUST try this one - we've tried the other similar services, but this one is exceptional. Food is fresh, innovative, tasty and super easy (less prep than others) and the portions are generous. I LOVE the zero waste packaging and Customer Service response is truly remarkable - they actually get back to you! And quickly! :)

I love my Fresh Prep days. I have been using it for several years now and never had any significant issues. Delivery is on time and the meals are great. I’m a good cook but I have lost my creativity. Fresh Prep is very creative so I don’t have to be!

We've been ordering from FreshPrep for almost 4 years now and they've always provided us with delicious easy to prepare meal options. I'm impressed by the quality of the ingredients in the meal kits and FreshPrep's evolution towards the zero waste kits.

Diverse recipes, thoughtful add on items and good customer service. Occasionally things get missed but customer service always deals with them promptly. My only complaint is the zero waste kits (though innovative) are huge and take up much of my fridge. I can only order one at a time and prefer not to as I don’t have the room.

Fresh prep makes midweek cooking so easy I never have to fall back on unhealthy fast or frozen food. Never have to think about what to make either which is half the battle.

Cons: sorry, can't think of any, seriously. (We came over from Hello Fresh and couldn't be happier.)
