At least one item of produce in a kit is often unusable which is frustrating for a vegetarian customer.

The recipes are great - so many different choices for different diet types - we often have leftovers from our meals for 2. Love that is is Canadian and sources Canadian items and vendors. Great that you can order desserts, groc, etc. with your order. Lots of options for smaller meals too - definitely the best meal prep service that we've tried. Love the cooler pickup and reusable packaging.

Amazing and leagues ahead of competition.

I tried Goodfood and Hello Fresh first before getting to Fresh Prep.
What I experienced before was lots of waste (big cardboards, plastic and ice packs) and constant delivery issues, ingredient issues and so on.

Fresh Prep solves all of that with reusable packaging, never had a problem with delivery either and the food quality is very good!

The choice catalogue is more limited than the others, but I don’t mind that, the recipes change every week and are very good.

"The default selections need improvement"

The default selections, when we are registered as ordering meals for 4, selected 8 of one meal and 2 portions for 2 other meals.

"Everything is great, would appreciate whole grain options"

Everything is great, very professional, like the variety, just wish there were more whole grain options. The starches are very frequently white flour/white rice based - I would be willing to pay more for a whole grain option and avoid inflammatory foods.

Fresh prep has been the best meal service company I have tried yet out of 4 others I’m very impressed with their freshness ! The only company that has actual fresh ingredients
The meal ideas have all been creative and well seasoned
The only thing I don’t like is with the vegetables being chopped probably by a machine they are quite sloppy looking and parts of core or stem are included .

But all the food we have tried so far has been delicious, delivery has been flawless and I plan to keep using them.

"I Don’t Have to Cook!"

We are loving the ease of choosing orders, the variety, ability to order ready-to-eat meals, and to pause when we want. The portions have been perfect for us, and tasty!

Love the food, and little to complain about. Had a couple minor ingredients missing but still was a great meal.

Excellent organization. All the recipes have been easy to follow & we have really enjoyed the variety. Love the recycling aspect and less waste
