"Lots of variety for meals"

Lots of variety for meals, I like trying new dishes. The produce is always fresh and sauces etc are all pre-measured. Love that it's zero waste!

The food is amazing. It’s so easy to make with their recipe cards. Everything comes fresh and nicely packed. I really enjoy every meal we’ve made so far and will continue to order from them. I highly recommend them!

The food is fresh, great easy instructions for preparation. Very little to no waste. I love the reusable exchange bags. Most of the contents can be washed and put back in the bag for when the next drop off is and the bag is picked up and a new one left. Love that their are prepared portion meals as well. There are not a lot of choices for meals however the choices there are for the meal kits are always great. Highly recommend so far.

"Fresh Prep is great!"

We have only been customers for two months but so far, we have loved the variety of recipes, clear instructions and freshness of the food. We've liked every recipe we've tried. And the best part is we don't have to ask ourselves "What's for dinner?" We find we're not spending any more on groceries than before and we're making fewer trips to the store. And nothing goes to the landfill!

Any concerns I've had (and there were very few) were dealt with quickly and professionally. This is a very solid service. The ingredients are very high quality and the instructions are clear and unambiguous.

They're the best! Gourmet recipes, big portions, great variety, fairly sustainable packaging. I've tried at least four meal prep services and they're by far the best. I've been a customer for at least 6 years. They also don't have the sleazy practice of pestering people to the end of time to re-subscribe. They do everything well.

"Good portions and quality, dislike protein choices"

Although I like the quality of the food and find the portions sizes more generous/ adequate compared to Hello Fresh, I do with there was better options for proteins. I really dislike the sliced beef and diced chicken leg, and wish ground beef and diced chicken breast could be interchangeable with the previous mentioned proteins.

Recipes are relatively easy to follow and always come out delicious. I love the variety. I’ve been getting orders pretty consistently since July and I’ve gotten to try so many amazing dishes. Deliveries are convenient and customer service is incredibly helpful and attentive.
