We love almost every recipe we receive from Fresh Prep. Delivery is reliable, their texts useful and timely, pricing reasonable. We have been with this company for a couple of years and plan to continue.

I've tried many meal preps, and FP stands out the most. They are conscious of using as little packaging as possible. Some meals are even zero-waste by using reusable containers. Unlike other providers, they use durable thermo-bags and reuse their ice packs. I feel good about supporting them.

The meals are also ethnically diverse. I made foods that tasted restaurant quality but without the hassle and expense of going out. It is still cheaper to buy groceries on your own, but since the prepping is already taken care of, I think it's reasonably priced.

Since we started with fresh prep, our family eats a variety of very healthy and super tasty meals. We spend less time on meal prep and more time doing the activities we love like roller skating!
