Ever since subscribing to Fresh Prep, I’ve been saving money on food and time. I don’t have to worry about what to prepare during weekdays. I also like the prepared side dishes that I can just heat up when I don’t have time to cook.

"Delicious and fresh "

The meals are wonderfully tasty and it’s a real treat to have everything portioned and prepared for cooking. There is plenty of food to satisfy. Even though I’m retired and I like to cook, it’s wonderful not to have to plan and shop for dinner a couple of nights a week. It’s also wonderful to know that the food is sourced locally.

"MUST READ - RIGHT TO THE POINT"

FIRST OFF COOK IT AND FRESHPREP - Same company. Don't be fooled.

ISSUES:
1. DELIVERY: Delivers to my area 1 day a week. In my area it's a Monday... They gave me a window of 2 and 5pm and arrived at 8pm. I finish work at 5pm. (More than once)

2. SERVICE: They advertise deliver to your work. I told customer service that my work closes at 5pm. I stayed late a couple times but 3rd strike your out. Cancelled with them today March 11 2025.

3. BEEF: I'm a meet lover... Extremley tough Beef, Must chew and chew and chew. Lowest quality beef ever. Don't let the photo's fool you.

4. SALMON: Fishy as xxxx. I love salmon but I could not finish it. I love high quality salmon and it wasn't.

5. SODIUM: High High High (1500 to 2000g per dish) No doctors will ever agree to these meals... lol... This is so freaken high. If you're getting nose bleeds, check with your doctor. I purchsed Factor and their sodium way more under control and protein is 30g or more per dish. I needed a change so I left Factor but going to Fresh prep/Cook it was the wrong choice...

I'm not a happy customer.

"Reliable Company"

We’ve been receiving Fresh Prep meals for a couple of months now. The meals are consistently fresh, the delivery is predictable and timely, and I love that the black delivery bags are reusable.

"We have tried them all"

We have tried them all, Hello Fresh, Chefs Plate..etc, and by far Fresh Prep has been the best. From the quality of the food, to most of the prep being down for you has been great. There has been none to very little waste, and love the plastic containers and the reusable cooler bag.

"Convenient"

I like this company and their meals are convenient. What I am not liking (given the current political climate) is that the fruit, specifically apples and oranges, are sourced from the USA. I'm hoping that they can rectify this soon.

Great option for easy meals for my son with a disability. He is vegetarian and appreciates the ready-made meals he's received so far - especially your salads with falafels.

"Better than other meal prep brands"

meat and produce quality is high. I enjoy the spices they send. I only gave 4/5 because sometimes the receipies aren't the best + certain types of produce are not tasty (chicken theighs somehow are always not good). I also wish they offered more steak based dishes not for extra pay.
