I am VERY impressed. My meals came in a little insulated duffle and the produce was CRAZY fresh, better than the grocery store. I bought hello fresh before (though not recently) and everything was usually pretty wilty, I just chalked that up to having food delivered. I’ve only had one of the meals so far but it was absolutely delicious, and very high in protein despite there being no meat which I was jazzed about. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been ordering from Fresh Prep for over a year. It’s a BC based company that sources locally where they can. They have been making efforts to reduce plastic waste in their delivery model. While all that is nice, the reason I keep ordering is I like the meals. Much more variety than I would cook for myself. I have also started ordering ready to eat meals and salads for an easy lunch. I highly recommend Fresh Prep !
