Easy delivery and the meals are delicious

"Turn it up a Notch"

FP is a well-run company and always easy to reach and I have recommended the offering to others, however, here are a couple of suggestions that reduce my experience:
- I have many times suggested that there should be an option for Lactose Free dairy products but have not gotten traction. it is such an easy fulfillment issue with huge gains for FP. The fresh creams and cheeses are affected for the most part.
- many times the liquids in the environmentally friendly box spill into the cilantro, or other vegetables and ruin part of the quantity included. These fresh leafy items should be secured in plastic, as they sometimes are. it should be a standard to follow for FP.

Hope this helps take it up a notch.......

Love the recipes and the food has been pretty good quality so far. Definately worth the few extra bucks vs the competition!!

Tasty fresh food with reliable delivery. Mostly local ingredients in eco friendly packaging. Recipes are easy to follow and every week offers new options.

I love that i can have really good food for a great price. i love the fact that all you have to do id put it in the microwave. they taste like homemade meals that have good ingredients. and the variety to chose. you cannot go wrong. bets all the other food delivery services. makes me ear healthy and tastes good. try it you can always cancel super easy.

We have been doing fresh prep for a little over a month now and the meals have been tasty and convenient to make. I love how little waste is made as most items come in a reusable container, and these are meals we wouldn’t normally know to make so it’s nice to branch out and try new things! Would recommend to people trying to order in less and have healthier meals.

What I don't like:
- "French onion soup recipe" pretty much a bowl of bread with some liquid and melted cheese on top
- Portion sizes are inconsistent - some meals like the pad thai are large and then other meals like the balsamic glazed steelhead are smaller. It's hard to know when there will be enough food - we are two very active people so perhaps we eat more than the average person.
- The beef that comes with the steak sandwich..
- Mushrooms should not be provided in a sealed plastic bag

Deliveries are always within the dedicated window. Most products are great with some exceptions. A variety of meat and vegetarian options.

"Grateful for Time, Value and Making Our World Better"

We love the dynamic options, flexibility, quality, value, recipe cards (that we get to keep!), local community providers and partners, and so much more that I will remember in future reviews.
We will, however, choose less diced chicken meals as a result of having to pull out tendons from many of the diced pieces. Of course chickens have tendons, but I am fine to pull them out from larger pieces instead of multiple smaller pieces (takes more time).
The main reason we got excited for and chose Fresh Prep was the zero waste.
As someone who works 12 hour days in the week and 10-20 hours on weekends, I can't say thank you enough for helping me to buy back my precious time with more value and deliciousness than I could have dreamed of. We love the incredible containers and sending them back clean and tidy helps us to give back appreciation to those helping us.
I love food prepping, but the time it takes to grocery shop and prep just isn't my reality, so anything I can do to be healthy and make choices that keep our Mother Earth healthier keeps my soul at peace.
