""You, Me and the Dogs" canvas - So lovely!"
I ordered a 24" x 16" canvas "You, Me and the Dogs" and it is lovely. It arrived carefully packaged 12 days after it was ordered. I was so pleased that the color choices for boxers included not only fawn and brindle, but a sealed boxer also. That is often difficult to find. So all 3 of our boxers, one with angel wings, are accurately depicted. I am so very pleased with how it turned out and will absolutely be ordering more. Thank you fitwearpro, from our family.

I placed an order on Dec 5th 2022 for a door mat.
This was to be a Christmas gift for a relative.
I have YET to receive this order. I have emailed customer service 3 times. I finally did receive an email with tracking info, however, the tracking info only shows that the package was picked up by FAST TRACK EXPRESS, in Jamaica , NY. Fast Track Express was supposed to deliver the package to USPS. The tracking info has stated this since DEC 12
I understand that the holidays are a very busy time but why has there been no movement since Dec 12?
Emails from customer service only state to be patient. Again, this was to be a Christmas gift for a relative who lives 2hrs away from me. So not only did my relative not have a gift to open from me, now i have to pay shipping again to ship to their address......IF I EVER RECEIVE this order. At what point can i cancel the order. This was over $80 including shipping AND i left a tip on the order as well.

"Dishonest Communication, Poor Customer Service"
Terrible customer service. I emailed them on December 17th, 2022 to enquire about my order placed December 3rd, 2022. I received an email on December 18th, 2022 from them stating it had already been sent out and they provided a tracking number. The order has yet to arrive as of January 2nd, 2023 and then I check the tracking number it has still not even been shipped out, just a shipping label having been created within the last 4 days. I have emailed them two more times since their email on December 18th, 2022 with no response. I would like to be refunded at this point. Order number Order #FWP61580 refund my order and respond to my email(s).
