I ordered my acrylic heart for my pets that had passed and was extremely happy with the incredible service received. It's not an easy thing to lose your loved ones and when you do, you want something to remember them by that is visible, beautiful and special. This ticked all the boxes for me. The product itself is impressive me. It’s a good memory for 3 of my beloved doggies. When I received the product, I over-looked that the cloudy look caused by protection shield. I dropped a note to customer services and I received a prompt reply by educate me how to remove the shield to make the product a brighten one. All in all, product and after-sell services is impressive. Will buy from the shop again for sure.
