"Happy Recipents"

The products hadn’t arrived for quite some time but I was contacted by the company for a review. I emailed them to say I had not received a tracking number nor the products. I heard back with apologies, the tracking number as well as the information saying the items were being held at the local post office awaiting payment of duty tax. Traveling there the next day I received the products in excellent condition. My friends were delighted with the pet memorial gifts.

I believe I was scammed by them, still waiting for the quilt ordered in November as a Xmas gift, zero customer service. A lot of money just thrown away by the look or things????? More than 3 months trying to contact anyone....

This company does not delivery quality products. It's a scam.. Run. The shirts I received were falling apart, and looked like a 5 year old made them.

"Ordered two different personalized tumblers, got two of the same"

I ordered two personalized tumblers, one for me and one for my daughter. Different names, different birth months, different adornments…I wish I had screen shot my order before placing it because they sent me two of the same tumblers and say that’s what the order was. It is really nice but I won’t be placing another order because they won’t correct this mistake…very disappointed as this was a birthday gift 😟
