Great quality product, but found customer service to be lacking in communication. Website says delivery approximately 7 working days after order - I called up after this period had passed and was first told I would get delivery details the following day about delivery the day after that. Waited and got no such confirmation, so I called up again a few days later to be told I’d get a call back, which never came. Finally I emailed in and the next day was told I’d get dispatch information shortly thereafter. I did receive this and delivery was made the next day. Just would have been nice to have more honest/consistent communication throughout without constant chasing.
