It was my first time ordering from Yumi and I have to say I'm really impressed ! The clothes are lovely, true to size, fit lovely and delivery very fast.

The items I ordered were mainly as described and I was very happy with them. However one was described as a button up the front and when it arrived, it was a button detail, not actually opening buttons. Thankfully the return system is fairly easy, but it does not give you the option of choosing " a not as described". Also the fact that you are then charged £2:50 for returning it, was not a great option.

Great choice of clothing. Only taken away 1 star as I was charged a delivery fee and a returns fee, which seems excessive for one garment.

Lovely dress fits really good happy with sleeve length hope it washes well.
The finish is not so good … I had to use a needle to pull through lots of cotton ends.
