Ordered a White dress and this dress was Cream. Nothing like White and I had to return it. Complained as they should not be advertising this as White. There were no reviews on the ad for the dress on the website as I would not have ordered this if people were reviewing it as Cream. Was angry about this !

Delivered as advised and well packed with the correct item, did not use customer service as all went well. No problem with Yumi's here.

They sent me the wrong item. Their return policy states they don't charge a £2.50 restocking fee if they send the wrong item. Returned the dress they sent me and they still deducted it. I took images before I returned it so hopefully won't be too much of an issue to get it back. Its not the amount, its the principle. Who charges a restocking fee in this day & age? Would not use again. Way too much faff when there are other places to buy from.

Updated my review based purely on the extremely quick response from Yumi. They acknowledged their error and have reimbursed me the outstanding amount without further ado.

A good quality jumpsuit, which was the correct size - a true size 12. Thank you! Love the fact it is made from recycled material too. Going to dance myself dizzy in this jumpsuit at "Day Fever" next month.
