If I could give this 0 stars I would the service that is provided is unbelievable not sure why they still employed as a contractor or even a sub contractor for that matter. Reported issues with no heating the date that they told us that the engineer will attend he didn’t so they rescheduled giving us a later date even though we informed them
That there was a severely disabled old person of the age of 87 living in the property who was constantly complaining that he is cold. The engineer finally attended and ordered a part stating that if the part does not work after a week or two then they need to change the boiler after changing the part and waiting a week or two there was no changes we then call back t brown only for them to say that they can’t change the boiler even though the engineer did all his test and carry out all his procedures and that was his conclusion. The advisor said that they need to carry out a flush and if that does not work they would take it from there in replacing the boiler they said to give the process a week so the engineer attend on Monday and told us he would book to attend back on Friday to finish complete the process. No one turned up on Friday. After numerous calls still no one attended at this point the house is unbearable even for abled body young person. On Saturday the boiler packed up at this point not even hot water is not flowing through the pipes called out of hours emergency and they told us to call back on Monday as no one will be coming out before then. Called back on monday only to be told that no one will be able to attend until the a weeks time at this point my frustration was through the roof I explain to them why this is not acceptable as we do have a disabled person who cannot control his body functions and need to be showered constantly to avoid him sitting in his own bodily fluids etc to my surprise they ask if this elderly person cannot use cold water (are you serious) after saying that I would make a complaint Georgina the advisor saw that they made a mistake on the date that the engineer should attend and booked us in same day. Engineer attended at 7pm only to say they need to order a new part but which would be there by 11am next day and that he will attend to fit the part and just to check in with the office. Called to check in with the office at 10:30am only to be told that the part is a 48hr waiting time and they won’t be able to do anything before then I explain to her what the engineer said and after telling me am lying she went and check and poof just like magic she found the part that can be fitted. But then she is saying a supervisor need to attend with the engineer to fit the part and that won’t be today as the supervisor is working in the office today. I explained that the engineer says he can fit the part this evening and she basically called me a liar and says he didn’t say that or he should not have said that if he did I told her I am not a liar and ask to speak to a manager in which she says she can only send and email. At this point we have now been out of heating for 3-4 weeks and now no hot water I ask how can they treat a elderly person like this to which no compassion was shown she (Georgina) just repeated that a supervisor has to attend with the engineer and they have no supervisor to do so at the moment and that she can only send an email. These people are the worse as now my dad is missable crying ashamed for anyone to even come near him and depressed which is not a good thing to experience to the point where he gets emotionally upset. T brown does not care about human beings and after reading these reviews i can see that we are not the only ones. Really disgusting

"Boiler needs a pressure relief valve"

Boiler needs a pressure relief valve, I have taken 2 days off work. I am self employed to be told both days only because I called to find out where the plumber is that no one was coming because the plumbers usual shop hasn't got the part. Iv called 5 local merchants who all have the part but I was told by t brown that he only likes using one merchant, I then offered to buy the part myself can they send a plumber to which they replied no. Absolute joke of a company. Rude staff, I even went to online chat yesterday to speak to Laura she greeted me I wrote my concerns and she ignored me. Great customer service

"Guy came fitted new radiators."

Guy came fitted new radiators.
1 radiator was leaking. T Brown took a week to send out a plumber he came didn't have the tools to fix leak. Left me with a radiator leaking a week after they sent a plumber to fix the leaking pipe. Pipe fixed. Unfortunately lots of . Water damage to my flooring. Have complained still waiting for a response. Over 4 weeks now.

"Dreadful service"

Dreadful service. They left myself a pensioner and my disabled daughter without hot water for nearly 48 hours. Their receptionist whoever she is is very sarcastic and unhelpful. Avoid this company if you can.

"T brown is the most unreliable company to me"

T brown is the most unreliable company to me. Boiler broke down on the 4th January 2021 b4 8am. Someone was meant to show up within 4 hours and no body did until i called back around 8pm and someone came around 11pm only to look around and left without even touching the boiler. No communication until i called again later the next day only to be told boiler is within warranty. I had to chase up boiler manufacturers to come out the next day, which they did and only to notice that T brown guys didn't service the boiler when they claimed to. Also he identified that the combustion fumes was leaking back into the house and its not covered by warranty. So i called T brown again on the 6th and no body should up even though its an emergency. I called again on the 8th with detailed instructions on what needs fixing only for the guy who claimed to be T Brown engineer to show up and said he was not told what to fix and did not come with right equipment. He turned off my boiler and leaving my family in the cold again even with a 2 months old baby and two 3yrs old. Now I will be without heat and hot water until Monday. What a nightmare.

"disgusting customer service."

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. Spoke to a gentleman mark, said the engineer called and no one was in. my lights were on my car in the drive and the guy did not even ring the bell or leave a note to say he came. I waited from 1pm to 7 pm before calling the office to be told that he had been. I had also given my mobile number so that he could call me when he was at my property and after being told he had my number he still did not even bother to call. I have to be without heating till monday now and have to waste a whole day 8am to 8pm. Disgusted with the service.

"the worst company i have ever dealt…"

the worst company i have ever dealt with. I explained that i would not be available till after 4.30pm and if an engineer can come after they said they would leave a note for the engineer but seem all t brown engineers are illiterate and cant seem to read simple instructions. In the middle of winter have left me without heating and hot water absolutely useless company

Even 1 star is too much for this company kept having a boiler repair can’t have a new boiler on going complained to housing I’ve just come out of hospital had boiler repaired yesterday same day broke rung them 3 times today they refuse to send an engineer because a surveyor is coming out to see if I need a new boiler and I’m ill and vulnerable see you in court !!! Also if I’m allowed a nee boiler how many weeks will I have to wait il be in hospital unprofessional also going on Twitter

Two weeks ago we had our boiler checked and told them about our smoke alarm not working they have not been in touch to sort like he promised so we had call out local fire station to put new ones in they have no care about anyone for there health and safety we are still waiting for them to fix the carbon moxide dector

"Even one star is too much for them"

Even one star is too much for them!
This company has been hired by the council and they rip they off. The engineers are a bunch of quacks who know nothing. They pretend there is so much wrong with the boiler and try to rip the council and make as much money as possible. My boiler was absolutely fine till they touched it and then they switched it off and did not return for over two days to switch it back in again.we were without hot water and we have a little child. Councils beware this company is ripping you off and are the worst people ever!!!!
