"This is a bad company."

These people come out when they feel like it. I live in a Sheltered Accommodation, 42 flats and this company stupidly seem to think every flat has its own boiler! They were here 5 days ago and the heating has broke down again. I know it's summer but where I live the shower rooms are cold, and after coming out of a hot shower, ninety year old people are in grave danger of catching pneumonia, "Sorry sir, we know there's 42 flats but you are the one whose calling so we have to come to your flat"
I said, "But I haven't got a boiler in my flat!"
The receptionist said, "It doesn't matter, you were the one who called, and seeing as half the building hasn't called us, we'll be out to you in four days time. Goodbye!"
I've known this company for a very long time, I worked for building contractors who used them, and their people are generally good people, it's the hierarchy who now think their untouchable.

"TENANTS BEWARE."

TENANTS BEWARE.
As an ex engineer who is in the process of reporting the company to the HSE, I can tell you that the quality of work is absolutely appalling, and the reason I was let go was because I called them out on it, And felt ashamed working for a company which paid no attention to good working practices and had an complete disregard to gas safety regs. Please, for your safety PROCEED with caution when having work done by these cowboys, Watch like a hawk because cutting corners is there middle name

"Last year after an annual check t brown…"

Hey Last year after an annual check t brown group , said I needed a part for my boiler, I told them that as a career I needed to get care to cover there 6 hour appointment, and I would be in touch they proceeded to send me constant spam text I couldn’t respond to , I got them to remove my number so I thought, anyway a few months later I got them to come fit the part , only there wasn’t a part it had now expired costing me £200 pounds in care all for nothing, they didn’t want to fit the part as now they recon I need a new boiler anyway since last year they have still used my number which they have no permission, 4 times I have told them not to always some exuse , they are not a good or trustworthy company just because we are council tenants we have to put up with there incompetence , the last time they fitted a boiler for me I spent 12 years without hot water to fix the problem they put horrible pipes all through my flat , eventually after a lot visiting my mp I finally got a great reliable company called sea flame to fit a new boiler which works perfectly apart from t brown saying I have a leak , which I didn’t somehow notice before but now very prevalent, yet they have left me with a leak for over a year and today I receive a spam text from them , they have no right to use my number they are liers and not to be trusted, and have no respect for my data protection they have no right to use my number , ps I have tried many times to resolve this issue come to some compromise but they don’t care to budge always some excuse for there total lies

"Not good customer service at…"

Not good customer service at all.......big H and Ben the engineers were very helpful and kind while they visited my elderly neighbours who had no hot water 👍......THE 4 STARS ARE FOR THE ENGINEERS NOT T BROWN.

"I can not believe I have to press a…"

I can not believe I have to press a star to be able to write a review my housing trust use t brown so they have been doing my boiler since years now I can honestly say I have never known a bunch of cow boys liars every single staff member fob you off so each time my boiler has broken down which is at least 4 times a year I have to wait for around 3 weeks for heating and hot water because they either lie and say they don’t have the part or fit the part and it was the wrong part fitted so then they have to order the correct part which is then another week this this was just before Xmas 2019 guess what it’s broke down again and it’s taken so far 10 days as they have said it’s the fuse board in the boiler after waiting a week they say it’s under Baxi warranty baxi man comes out fitted what they said it was no still not working need electrician guess what they sent another on of there cowboys but not electrician a boiler engineer honestly you couldn’t make it up t brown you are a true disgrace and proffer Iona looks liars before I make a call I already know what your going to say each and everyone of you how you work for this company I will never know
