Thanks to Jim for his incredible work in getting our sites back online in record time. We were the victims of defacing via a dodgy script online and Jim managed to find the problem, isolate and get it back online in just a few hours. He also made some great recommendations on site security moving forward and was also willing to help move our sites to a new server and make sure everything runs smooth.

I have been frustrated for at least the past year. Hackers were getting into my site somehow and two different web companies that I work with could not figure it out. They would always seem to fix it short term but they would always get back in. When you're trying to run a business and you're website is constantly down... well, that's just unacceptable.

"Who knew it would be so easy"

My site got hacked about 12 days ago, blocking my 20+ students from accessing my online courses, and blocking new clients from booking readings. I was in the middle of moving and tried to solve it myself, with help from my hosting service, who told me what malware to delete. The thing is, they kept finding more of it every few days. I finally hired a cheap freelancer through Upwork, who cleaned up a little more of the site but was hard to communicate with and left me wondering if he'd actually finished the job. A few days later when my students reported their virus-blockers were still blocking my site, it was clear he hadn't.

Finally, I called Jim. He answered the phone. He showed me the malware code still on my site. He talked me through exactly what needed to happen, and then did it, and even gave me some extra advice about my server. If I'd known it would be that easy, I would have hired him as soon as I got hacked.

I called Jim....much to my surprise he answered and each time I called thereafter he answered. Amazing to me when I was in a panic and didn't understand how and why someone would do this to me...
Jim explained what he was seeing on my site, what he believed happened and got right on it....the hackers had placed links on using google. Jim is number one. I hope I don't have the problem ever again, but if I do I will keep this Jim's phone number close at hand. I will refer all I know what any problem like this to him.
