I spent 3 weeks going back and forth with SiteDoctor who I ordered through my hosting company. I spend some money. That didn't work, then they wanted more.

I had my first conversation with Jim 1-2 weeks ago, as we experienced severe hacking issues that could have destroyed our major channel for customer acquisition. Jim told me about a Drupal issue with a very high security warning. He said that once we get that off our website, he would take over from there.
I was very surprised by the fee scale, as I felt it was more than reasonable. But he said it would only take a few hours to rid the site of all the malware. He was that confident.
