Jim was absolutely fantastic. My site was hacked... the hackers put a bunch of new pages on it with links to what I think is their e-commerce site... it appears they were using black hat SEO to improve their rankings in Google search by creating links from my site to theirs. Eventually, their content started showing up on my regular site pages which is what tipped me off that there was a problem.

I called Jim, he answered on the first or second ring (this was on a weekend, around suppertime), he explained what he does, I paid online, and my site was fixed literally within a few hours. That's pretty impressive service to be available so fast on a weekend, and at mealtime, too!

It's scary to trust someone you've never met with the usernames and passwords to access the backend of your site, but all the reviews for his company are what convinced me to trust him - and I'm extremely glad I did. He cut down my stress level enormously because of how fast he fixed the hack and how well he explained what to expect from his service. Another bonus of hiring Jim was that he was able to reassure me that it didn't look like the hacker put anything on my site that would hurt my users. Obviously every hack is different, and I don't know if the same will be true for anyone else... but for me, this was great to know and I'm glad he was able to tell me that.

He also tells you what you can do to minimize your risk of getting hacked again. This was the first time I've ever been hacked and I never want to have to deal with this again - prevention is everything, so his tips and advice were invaluable! I consider myself to be pretty decent at knowing what kind of precautions I ought to take, but I learned new info from his assessment that I was able to implement immediately to better secure my site for future.
