Product was delivered late but this was UPS problem..don’t know why but their tracking was not upto date..made a call to UPS and the item was delivered within 3 hours ??but item wasn’t out for delivery?? Send email to customer services did get a response, but item had been delivered..
Item was genuine coach and packed very well ..small mark on handbag but and I mean small .. saved on shop price ..and wife very happy..
Will purchase again from this company..
Think UPS is letting the side down but that’s life these days.
