"Very disappointed "
I placed an order on the 5th November, recieved an email on the 11th saying my order will be with me soon. On Friday 15th, I tried clicking on the link to track my order....the website no longer available. I sent an email, but the email came back undelivered. I'm very disappointed I will have to reach out to my bank and recover my money. I will never again use this company.

Absolutely awful company. Paid for expensive pair of boots that never arrived. Customer service had to be chased for an inadequate response where they showed me a unclear photo of my boots behind a bin somewhere and claimed my order had been delivered. No idea where to as I have never received them. Worth noting my order was well over £200.00! £200.00 of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it.
Really unhappy with my experience with this company and customer service could have done more to assist.
If I could rate zero stars I would.
Be careful before you purchase. Like mine your EXPENSIVE order might never turn up.

"Brought an expensive bag that started…"
Brought an DLNY bag that started to wear and tear in just under two months when I contacted customer service they were willing to only refund £24 or send the bag back to them for further investigation but then I wouldn’t have received the bag back regardless the outcome ?! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

"Company delivered wrong size trainers"
Ordered a pair of Axel Arigato trainers, size 8 UK - fashionette delivered size 7 UK trainers. Returning this product, the company doesn’t refund the postage & delivery fee - even though this erroneous delivery is their fault.

I returned a bag on 5th June via their chosen carrier UPS which went missing
Over a month and still no refund. When I ring or email asking why I am fobbed off with waiting to hear from UPS. UPS told me that they closed my case and refunded Fashionette on the 18th June!!

My husband ordered two items, Versace handbag and Moschino shoes. He hasn’t been provided with no tracking number, received only one item, shoes, on 30th April. The handbag was missing so he has contacted customer service in regards to that and they agreed to investigate. In a meantime, he has sent the shoes back as he changed his mind and they have confirmed that they have received them, which he has also proof of. There were no updates on handbag until 28th May, sending him a tracking number despite being one month later and proof of handbag being delivered somewhere in Bolton, while we live in Birmingham! When he contacted them, that he still doesn’t have a refund for the shoes despite them having it back for weeks, and in regards handbag being delivered somewhere else, he has been told they will investigate again. Today, he was provided with proof of delivery from 30th April which is however the proof of the original parcel which led him to contact them due to handbag missing, which was part of the order!!! So basically no progress!!!! They just go around in circles and obviously it proofs that they have absolutely no idea how to manage people’s orders and issues raised by shoppers can’t be successfully and timely resolved. Both items were supposed to be an anniversary presents for myself, which is now gone. Seriously unprofessional customer service and unpleasant experience, with no regards, just trying to cover their tracks. My husband is still waiting for his money back, as he has proof of original order placed, proof of confirmation of shoes being returned, and proof of handbag being delivered somewhere in Bolton which is clearly not our address. The shopping experience is frustrating, imagine spending lots of money for basically no items as one still hasn’t been refunded and the other one not even delivered in the first place. We expect having his money back! When we had similar experience with different companies, it was always easily resolved and money was refunded in no time, as mistakes can happen. However this company don’t even want to admit their mistakes or recompense, instead to make it easier for themselves they completely ignore refunding your money, send bogus tracking numbers weeks later to cover their tracks thinking that you are fool or will be so exhausted from them to even want your money back. And when everything seems to fail they perceive to send you a photo of the original incomplete parcel as proof your items were delivered like there is no problem, but forgetting that they have also sent a proof of handbag being delivered somewhere in Bolton few days ago! This company will try anything even lie to keep your money! They forget that in this day and age people keep proofs and screenshots of everything and even go to extent of recording voice calls. I would strongly suggest this to other shoppers as well !
