SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have just returned home to find you have sent MY parcel back to me which I have sent out for a refund! OVER A MONTH NOW CHASING MY MONEY!
This is RIDICULOUS now!! I am a month without my refund amount! NO reply from customer service. I have NO RETURN LABEL TO SEND THIS BACK! What is going on with fashionette!
I DO NOT WANT THIS! ITS NEARLY BEEN 30 days! You told me on the 17th of May the following:
We would like to inform you that the return of your order 600311243 arrived at our fulfillment center today.
Please note that the processing of a return can take **up to 8 business days (Mon-Fri, holidays excluded)**.
PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS ASAP! CAN YOU EMAIL BACK YOUR SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM ASAP!

OK so this sham of a company have no problem with taking your money but don't seem to understand that in return they are supposed to send your items😡

This website who sells internationally has no only 1 English speaking customer service agent. Called them abs was told that only 1 English speaking person and told to call back in 5 mins. Called back several times and kept getting the same msg "only 1 English speaking person who is on the call and to call back in 5 mins". Not great for a company that sells internationally..

I am in the UK, I recently placed my first order with Fashionette. Great, no issues at all. The carrier is UPS, it took around 8 working days to deliver however delivery was free so I cannot complain. The product was genuine and I purchased at a fabulous price. I’ve just made my second purchase from their website and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you Fashionette.

"They cannot deliver to North Yorkshire??!!!"
I placed an online order with Fashionette UK and paid. Next day I received an email stating that the order had been cancelled and a refund would be made, saying they couldn’t deliver to UK. I rang customer service for an explanation and received an email explaining that they couldn’t deliver to a North Yorkshire address near the coast. This is despite their website stating they deliver to all of the UK apart from NI & Channel Islands. No mention of other areas of the UK being excluded as well.
If you want to order from this company I suggest you get confirmation from them first on their ability to ship to you before you part with your money.
This really is no way for (an allegedly) international company to deal with its customers.
