"Concerns with the authenticity of YSL"
Purchased a pair of YSL shoes which came without a dust bag, authenticity certificate or stuffing within the shoes. I have never purchased a pair of designer shoes without these items. Concerned they are fake????

Do not buy from this company… absolute shambles order my mum some uggs for Christmas 3 weeks ago and still not turned up!!! Sent me the wrong tracking number that don’t exist and no 1 has got back to my emails……

"Still waiting for a refund!"
I ordered a purse for a Christmas present on 20/11/23 and there was no sign of it 2 weeks later so on 4/12/23 I checked the tracking with UPS and it said that the location of the parcel could not be identified so I contacted Fashionette on the same day to query this and was advised that they would open an investigation with UPS. I then asked if the order could be cancelled and I could be refunded as I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive on time and was told the order couldn’t be cancelled and I could not receive a refund until the item was back with them - fair enough. On 12/12/23 I contacted UPS directly and they advised me that the item had been returned to the sender, so when I followed this up with Fashionette on 19/12/23 they advised that they had in fact received the item at the warehouse and that I would receive a confirmation of this along with a refund. It’s now 23/12/23 and I’ve received no email confirmation and no refund! Why wasn’t the refund process started as soon as the item returned to the warehouse? It’s completely unsatisfactory that I am yet to receive my refund when the item was sent back to the sender almost 2 weeks ago.

"Ordered a £800 watch on the 6th…"
Ordered a £800 watch on the 6th December, stated delivery 12-14th December. That was plenty of time before Christmas, no sign of the watch, then given the 22nd, still no sign. Then apparently delivery is now going to be on the 28th December. So no Christmas present to give and no time to get something else. Cheers! Would never order again.

Now Fashionette are saying they haven't received my return and it will not let me track and trace my parcel as stating its been delivered...

"Absolutely terrible company"
Absolutely terrible company! Do not order anything from them. Nothing on their UK websites mentions that you will have to pay import fees. On top of this, I have been trying to get refund for two months, as my goods didn’t even arrive. Customer service is completely useless. Previously they said that they will issue refund in 24 hours, TWO months later they keep saying they are trying to contact UPS. Which should not be my concern as I have not even seen the goods in the first place. I now have not heard from them for a week and are giving no indication if I can ever expect to see my money back. Worst service I have ever experienced.
On top of not providing service and continuing to give vague and generic answers, they provide misleading information in their Trustpilot responses. They stated in the response to my review that they will never ask for customers to pay import fee, when I have correspondence when their customer care representative asked in an email whether I paid the import fee. They also again state that they never refuse refunds, however, it has been two months now since I raised the issue and no answer has been given as to when I will get my refund. Does not sound like a company that cares about its customers.

I ordered a bag on 13 November for my daughters birthday on 16 December. Despite many promises the bag never arrived. I was assurred by fashionette it would arrive but it never did leaving me without a present

"Returned Item, Very Unhelpful Customer Service"
Dropped my return order off at a UPS drop off point using the label i was given by Fashionette. I rang them on 8th December to find out why the tracking hadnt updated and where my money was, i was asked for proof of postage which i sent over. I am now been told the tracking number is now invalid! How can that be its the tracking number on the label they gave me!!?
I signed a declaration they sent me, then im told they will contact UPS, now im been told i have to contact them! Its their label so their responsibility.
I want my money back that im owed.
Dont buy from this company, if you return your order you will end up itemless and out of pocket!!!

"Rude, unhelpful and arrogant customer service"
I made a purchase valued over £200, I received no confirmation of purchase or receipt. I called up the company to try and deal with this and was told I was not on the system. They said they would look into it and send me a receipt, hours passed and I received nothing.
I then called up a second time to chase this up, the woman proceeded to tell me that I must have made a mistake and tried to blame me for a situation she couldn't explain. She was rude, arrogant, spoke over me and offered me zero explanations and told me she had other customers to deal with.
I will never buy anything from these people again. 100% recommend avoiding this company.
